Traveling from Nairobi to Arusha w few days after the border re-opened for immigration, it was a challenge finding a shuttle that was in business. The folks at Impala were responsive, knowledgeable and professional each step of the way. My queries were attended to over telephone, they kept in touch with me over whatsapp and gave me clear directions and guidance on arrival in JKIA Nairobi. Outside the airport someone was there to meet me and later one of the directors, Jennifer, met me in person at Pauls Cafe. The ride itself was smooth and comfortable - their driver was excellent. Since vehicles are not allowed across the border Impala had made arrangements with a Tanzanian vehicle to do the TZ stretch (Namanga-Arusha). On both journeys the drivers helped with the immigration process and were courteous. Overall a very satisfactory experience and I recommend Impala to anyone looking for a shuttle.
