Highly recommended for aurora hunting. They really are experts, as their name says. We may not have seen large auroras but the photos are extremely impressive. Alex, the coordinator is very kind and trustworthy. We are from the Philippines and Japan, we may not know anyone here in Murmansk but Alex is a guy you can trust. Likewise, Artem is an excellent photographer. No words to say! Absolutely professionals!

We booked for the Swan Lake ballet on 25 December 2019, with travel date on 24 May 2020, through U Visit Russia. . Due to the Covit19 pandemic we were unable to visit Russia nor attend the ballet. Two tickets were purchased for US$465.50. U Visit Russia was advised of not being able to attend and agreed to pay a full refund but there would be a delay due to the number of cancellations. After some time no refund was forthcoming and U Visit Russia was again contacted by email and we were advised that due to the volume of cancellations the refund would be credited to our credit card within 9 weeks. Nothing and again they were contacted by email but no response was ever received. No refund was ever received. Nothing!! The lesson is to beware of ever dealing with this company.

Usually when i traveled i personally arranged my trip. But this time work demand hits me hard, and away from work is very limited, luckily I meet Anna from Easy Russia tour. She really did a great job ???? organizing everything. From airport pick to all the tour in Murmansk (City tour, northern lights hunting, saami village, tereberka and drop off back to the airport. I really enjoyed my travel hassle free, given that im the only Filipino in the whole journey. I never felt awkward about it. And Anna is very accommodating with all my request and questions despite shes half asleep. ???? Thank you EASY RUSSIA TOUR! Looking forward on my next tour with you guys.
