Though Mumbai can feel chaotic and crowded, there are peaceful moments to be found here. Nibble a paper cone of bhelpuri while you stroll the sands of Chowpatty Beach. Then, take a short walk to Mani Bhavan, where Mahatma Gandhi once lived, strategized, and was ultimately arrested. The markets are spirited places to bargain for spices or souvenirs. Take a guided tour of Dharavi – made famous by "Slumdog Millionaire" – for an eye-opening glimpse into what Mumbai life is like for nearly a million people.

Am kind of frequent flier and thanks to many of my credit card memberships, I enjoy complimentary visits to this Lounge. Best is to visit at midnight if you have early morning flight to catch. Relax and eat variety of snacks.

We used their services arriving and departing through Mumbai airport as couples as well as a family of 6 with 2 wheelchairs. Without any doubt and hesitation this was the best money spent. Poonam and her team greeted us on arrival at the gate. They handheld us through the entire process of security immigration and customs right to our transfer vehicles. For our departure, they met us curb side, took our bags and stick handled us through check in, security, and immigration and to our lounge. They then picked us up once again (right on time) and delivered us to our departure gate. Unbelievable! I felt like a celebrity throughout the process and was the King with my family. Her team refused to take any tips! Triple A+ in every aspect.
