My husband and I booked a 5D/4N "join group" safari to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorogoro, and Lake Manyara through Taralight Safari Tours. Lightness responded quickly to emails and made sure all of our questions were answered before the trip. Richard and Justin picked us up from the airport, took us to our hotel, and met us the next morning to take us to the tour operator (Avocet). Richard even went above and beyond to help my husband get a local SIM card so he could use his phone during our trip. When we were done with the safari Richard and Justin met us again to take us to our hotel by the airport. They made our trip smooth at the beginning and end, and they hooked us up with a great operator in Avocet.

The market has so much stalls as you can see as you enter. Each stall appears to have the same products, others have some other stuff. In my experience, all of the vendors were respectful as they await for you to enter their stall. They would say “mzungu”, I waited for you” and “please you can touch, touching is free”. You can looking around and you'll see many nice things to take home. It can be a bit overwhelming because there are so much stuff to see. Vendors would hand you a medium size basket indicating that you may put the stuff you want in the basket as you continue to look around in their store. They are also polite and would thank you even if you didn't purchase anything from their store. You will successful to buy the stuff you want for ur family and friends.

Tarangire and Ngorongoro are both worth seeing. I preferred the animal spotting in Tarangire but the Ngorongoro crater is stunning, a must see. The trip was well organized and i would recommend booking the safari with Mohammed. Everything was as described in the safari details i had read before booking and Mohammed is a really friendly guy. I also want to thank Assad, who works with Mohammed, for helping me out in and around Arusha before and after Safari. A great experience, thanks guys.

This safari chases after the best Highlights that Tanzania has to offer. Multiple days in the Serengeti, chasing after the famous great migration, and visiting the Ngorongoro Crater. Due to the many days in Serengeti National Park we have the biggest chance of not only seeing, but also traveling with the great migration. Depending in the time of year and location of the migration, we’ll find ourselves in several area’s of the national park. Here we set up camp, as close to the migration as possible. This will give us the biggest chance to experience the wildlife-action-moments that everybody so eagers to see! *Note that this trip is not available year-round. Ask us when it’s the best time to do a ‘great migration safari’.

Amazing Safari, Superb guide! We just came back from our safari! Pre-holiday they kept us up to date on what was happening in Tanzania and send us a lot of helpful information to prepare ourselves for our vacation. Once arrived at the airport, our guide was waiting for us in his uniform with a sign with our name on it and took us to our lodge where we got a warm welcome. Here the manager, Clinton, was waiting to brief us about our trip. The safari was the absolute highlight of our trip and the other activities like visiting the hotsprings where simply unforgettable! Our guide, Kepha is simply amazing, truly a golden guy. He was very professional and seemed to know exactly where certain animals would be, before anyone else. Had knowledge on every aspect of Tanzania, to the smallest detail!

Unforgettable experience! I did a family safari trip with Kiwoito Africa Safaris in Tanzania and Charles Moses was our guide. First I would like to give you my impression about Charles, that is the kindness person I ever met. He's very knowledge about wildlife and always happy to share his experience. He knows the area so well that we had the chance to see more animals than we expected! Also it's was a real pleasure to share this trip with him as he's such a funny and naturally upbeat person :) Kiwoito Africa Safari is a company that take really care of their customers ans always wants them to be fully satisfied. I highly recommend this company for any trip in Tanzania, you won't regret it. Again, thank you Charles Moses and Kiwoito for this unforgettable trip! I'm already missing your joy of living! ????✨❤️

The fun day started with a visit to the kilimanjaro national park where I met a grandson of the legendary first black Tanzanian who summited the mountain. He detailed the history of the mountain and record holding climbers. As a solo travellor, the gentlemen made things easy for me by creating a friendly atmosphere filled with laughter. We continued to the mighty ndoro falls, then immersed myself in the Chaga clan culture, where we had traditional food, learnt how to make coffee and learnt about their interesting history. My whole experience with siwareadvebtures was great with friendly and kind gentlemen and would recommend them for exploring Arusha and it's hidden treasures.
Home to approximately 120 tribal groups, most of these comprise small communities that are gradually being assimilated into the larger population due to changes in land use and the economic draw of city life. Pastoralists who fiercely guard their culture and traditions, Masaai tribal life revolves around protecting and caring for their herds of cattle and finding ample grazing land in their region. The 'Spice Islands' of the Zanzibar Archipelago, Pemba, Mafia, and the entire Tanzanian coast is home to the Swahili people, a vibrant mix of Arab, Indian and Bantu origins who historically based their livelihoods around Indian Ocean trade. The Swahili Coast, as the region is called, is a predominantly Islamic region with old mosques and coral palaces found throughout the area. Swahili culture centres around the dhow, a wooden sailing boat powered by the seasonal wind.
