Scott was great. Very knowledgeable of Sydney and we went to places you will not find in large bus tours. He was accommodating to our request and made sure we were all (three couples with different interest) happy with the tour. He took great pictures that he sent to us and ended with a great drink at Sydney’s oldest tavern. He was on time and we never felt rushed and was flexible to make sure we saw the items on our most see list. If you are doing this tour you should request Scott!

During our 28 years on Sydney Harbour, we know all the top spots to visit. We can explore many different locations depending on the conditions and we will do it in style by using beautiful Australian made lightweight sea kayaks (made by Mirage Sea Kayaks). On our paddle, it is more enjoyable that we cruise at a leisurely pace, therefore you will only need a moderate level of fitness. You will need to be at least an intermediate or experienced kayaker. We do not recommend this tour for beginner paddlers. Beginner paddlers should first start with our Middle Harbour Eco Tour

Inclusions: Beautiful Double Mirage Sea Kayaks, Single Mirage Sea Kayaks (if experienced), Snacks, Coffee and/or Tea, safety briefing , a friendly and experienced kayaking guide

Exclusions: This tour is NOT recommended for BEGINNER Paddlers. Intermediate and above only., We do not offer a pick-up service

A group of colleagues and l are participating in an adventure challenge that involves kayaking and thought getting a lesson could be helpful. We had such a wonderful morning and found it super helpful. Our instructor Ben was full of knowledge, fun and created a great atmosphere. The lesson was really tailored for everyone's abilities and we all walked away feeling a lot more confident. Also to note Ben handled a really tricky situation that occurred with a cafe owner in a professional manner and didn't let it affect our lesson.

Our main paddling area is within Middle Harbour (a beautiful off-shoot of Sydney Harbour) and depending on the conditions of the day, we can explore many amazing places. We start at 6am to paddle out to see the sunrise over Sydney's Heads. During our two hours, we could explore out to Grotto Point Light-house, or over to Cobbler's Beach and even into Balmoral. If the day is just right, then we can take a hike up to Middle Head and watch the manly ferries cruise past. We will stop somewhere lovely for a hot coffee and some fresh fruit.

Inclusions: Deluxe Sea Kayaks / Lifejackets / Paddle, Safety briefing, Friendly and qualified kayaking guide, Light breakfast with tea and coffee

Exclusions: Pick up from your hotel

I contacted Ben as I needed some way for my 77 year old mother to go from a quarantine hotel to the South Coast as she had to return from overseas alone. From the start he was friendly and open to the idea of this unusual "tour". My mother found him to be very cheerful, a good driver and tour guide, finding her a lovely restaurant with a view. It was the happy and hassle free way to return home. We would definitely contact Ben again.

This guided experience will only run when there is a large morning high tide, as this will allow us to venture well in between the grey mangroves of Sugarloaf Bay, Scott's Creek or Bantry Bay This guided experience starts and finishes at Sydney Harbour Kayaks at the Spit Bridge, Mosman, only 8 km (20 mins) from Sydney's CBD.
