My Son had this first Birthday party with friends. We decided to book Hickory Dickory as its local. We have been here before and the kids love it. We hadn't really experienced how the staff operate and work as we tend to just go in and out. I was very impressed by the service provided. Booking was plain and simple (just the way I like it). When we arrived the staff allocated a party rep who looked after all our needs. Im terrible with names but we had Room 2 booked for 1pm on Sunday 11th march 2018. She definitely deserves to be told about this review. The food was great. I did ask for a few extra party bags and balloons along with a tab for our room (for adults). Nothing was too much for the staff here. Its really nice to see a great place with amazing staff. All the kids had an amazing time and loved there party bags. The price I felt was very reasonable for what we received. My only small niggle (although wont effect me returning) is we only eat Halal food and different staff seem to give different responses when asked. Some say everything apart from sausages are halal. Some say only the chicken is halal etc... Id suggest bringing your staff up-to date on exactly what is and isn't Halal or maybe having a printed poster put up so parents can understand what they can and cant eat. All in all we have an awesome experience and we will be returning a lot more.
