The shores of Lake Geneva have attracted visitors and invaders for millennia. The cheerful city of Geneva sits on the lake's western shore, lofty snowcapped peaks creating a gorgeous backdrop on all sides. The city is perfect for exploring on foot; rent a bike to venture further. The top of any itinerary should be visits to Geneva's lakefront and its famed water fountain, the Flower Clock in the English Garden, St. Peter's Cathedral, Reformation Wall, Place Neuve and the birthplace of the U.N.

Experience zero gravity weightless sensation in a cosy Epsom salt warm water bath to achieve deep blissful relaxation. Floating therapy has proven to be one of the most effective ways to relieve physical pains and mental stress, and to rejuvenate the body and mind.
Great floating center in Geneva, and super clean. You can float in open pools or a proper floating pod (closed). They also have an Infrared sauna ! Their staff is very nice.

Motherlanguage is french but I will drop an advice in English for travellers : it was our second trip on the “Savoie” boat for dinner departure 7PM back in GVA at 10PM with some stop in Versoix, and Yvoire. We where using mask, tables with more space, just have to wear mask when not seated, staff wear a mask It was saturday and weather was little bit cold (September 5), si not that full, then we enjoyed a perfect service by our very young, efficient and full of knowledge waiter ( about wine and food that he will serve). Last year the waitress has no skills at all : just drop the plate, and it was not covid period. We choosed the CHF 82.- menu with some beverage and the Gamay from “Cave de Genève”. Red wine, light and fair price for the whole meal (foie gras, noix de St-Jaques, beef...) as we are not friend with white wine. Perfect match (dear english travellers : forget Chardonnay or other kinf of famous wine, here you should thrust Chasselas, Gamay or Gamaret. No need of Bordeaux. Wester swiss wine are excellent if you give a try.) I read some comment about covid and mask : yes even in groceries some people dont repsect rules. Protect yourself ans stay away from them. Cough in your arm and you will maybe see them catch their mask back Anyway even if there is no “blabla” speaking like tourguide, GPS and mobile network are avaiable mostly during the whole trip, use your usual app to get informations. Dont miss to have a look to the perfectly lubricate engines back from the last decade and dont forget that the price you paid (plus lots of support from governement and private people) will help to maintain this incredible fleet on the lake. Swiss engeneering as its best, and we like to keep it alive. Enjoy the view and feel lucky to be onboard a boat that is still floating and superb even 100 year later. Dont forget that when you book a table you can access dining room upstairs with a second class ticket, as long as you eat. If no, 1st class is needed for upper deck.

A historic but progressive English Speaking Church in the heart of Geneva. The cornerstone was laid by former U.S. President Grant, and the stained glass windows are a registered historic landmark. The Christ window depicting the Christ Child with an ascending star into his adult and heavenly form is rare and unique. The congregation is warm and welcoming and the choir is excellent. Definitely worth a visit if you are seeking an English speaking Christian service in Geneva. Sunday services are typically 90 minutes with an optional coffee hour or pot luck to follow. They have English speaking Sunday School and Youth Group.
