Available visits include elephant sanctuary day visit & 2 day visit with camping & jungle trekking, it is possible to join as a wildlife volunteer at the sanctuary. The wildlife sanctuary projects contribute to five important conservation goals: 1: To rescue & provide sanctuary for local working elephants currently used in logging, tourist rides and heavy farm work. 2:To develop Mondulkiri's first facility for the rescue and reintroduction of trafficked & captive wildlife. 3: To conserve & protect the area's beautiful community forests from logging and development. 4: To create sustainable livelihoods & improve the lives of poor communities, preserve the special culture of the Indigenous Bunong community. 5:To promote and demonstrate sustainable ecotourism, educate locals about long term conservation benefits.
