We are a family business who began as local farmers for over 25 years. We have now invested in 10 & 12 person Barby Pontoons to enjoy and share with others. We aim to create fun times on the water and share what we love. Our BBQ boats require no boating/fishing licence and are very simple to drive. Boats include BBQ, shade, safety equipment, seating, rails, comfort and beautiful views.

Came across this beautiful historic building, that is so very interesting to go in, and see the rooms, and sit and listen to the history being told The boutique brewery along side, but far enough away so not to ruin the view of the old building, has fabulous meals at reasonable prices. If you pay the $7.50 to enter the home you can sample 2 of the beers/ciders included in the price. The huge platter for 2 was fantastic. As it was a lovely day it was so relaxing sitting at one of the many tables around the property... Could not find a more relaxed atmosphere than at the historic Byramine Homestead & brewery. Would certainly recommend this place.

The rolling hills of Piemonte and the flat plains of Victoria's Goulburn Valley are worlds apart. However the classic tradition of wine making has transferred flawlessly from one hemisphere to the other. When Carlo Monichino migrated from the Asti region in Northern Italy he brought his winemaking skills with him and in 1962, together with his wife Margaret, planted a vineyard in Katunga. The rich soil and excellent climatic conditions make this region ideal for grape growing. In fact vines were first planted in the area in the 1880's, making it one of the oldest grape growing regions in Australia. Monichinos is a true family concern, with Carlo, his son Terry, and daughter Anna all involved. Terry, after studying wine science in Australia and working in the industry overseas, has taken over from Carlo as head winemaker, while Anna manages administration, including functions, and the cellar door. Visitors are welcome and the cellar door is open 7 days a week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm. Call in for a chat over a large range of award winning wines for tasting. Monichino's friendly staff will help you with your wine selection and provide you with information on food and wine matches. Take the time to Relax and enjoy a regional cheese platter with a glass of wine in the well laid out picnic grounds overlooking the vineyard. Cheese Platters, Muffins & Hot drinks available every day.
The quality of the wine exceeded our expectations! Ended up buying much more than we expected. Plus the Chelsea was very helpful and sweet. I highly recommend you take some time to visit Monichino!

Rich Glen in Yarrawonga was established 22 years ago by the Vodusek family and is currently run by fifth generation farmers Ros, a trained chef, and Daimien, a butcher. Very clean and well kept foreshore with lots to do. A nice walk, reading the information boards, lots of places to sit and watch the activities on the lake, plenty of playgrounds along the foreshore for kids. There is also a farmers market once a month (last Sunday), which was well worth a visit.
