This is the northernmost inhabited village in China, and worth a visit if that sort of thing interests you.
Be prepared for extreme cold, even if coming from harbin, as it's even colder here.
The villagers are all very friendly, and many will help you to organize activities during your stay here.
A bit hard to get here in winter, with frequent road closures due to heavy snowstorms.

If you can get past the bitterly cold temperatures of minus 45 degrees celsius, then the snowbound scenery of mohe is really pretty.
Here you can have lots of fun playing in the snow, building snowmen.
Good for couples and families with kids, and anyone else with lots of energy and tolerance for extreme cold.
