Serving as both the capital of Belarus and the headquarters of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Minsk is a hub of business and government. Although few older buildings survived WWII bombings and Stalinist construction projects, Belarusians are proud of their capital's long history and its continued cultural importance. The city boasts 16 museums, 11 theaters, and 139 libraries, including the National Library of Belarus, with collections housed in a towering glass geometric ball.

Sergey is the best tour guide in Belarus. He is very friendly, makes you feel comfortable and speaks English. He calls you the day before to confirm and arrives at your hotel on time. He helps me find a PCR testing center in Minsk before my return flight to the US. He even brought me mushrooms and berries at the hotel. If you're going to be in Belarus, call Sergey to pick you up from the airport as well as use him as a tour guide to show you around. He is great!

This tour, booked completely randomly, ended up being a really fun adventure.. Our guide, Alexander was personable and warm (and a careful driver). During the drive, he told us about the parts we drove through and made sure we were totally comfortable. This made for a pleasant drive. The castles themselves have something to offer to everybody: Nesvizh for the beauty of its rooms and grounds, Mir for its military artifacts and the history of the communities around the town. Bonus: Alexander showed us good spots for souvenirs.

Communication with the company was great with quick responses and even checking in with me to see how my experience was going during the trip. The chauffeur arrived early which was great. There was some communication issues between my chauffeur and me, which was a little discouraging. The site says there was wifi, which wasn't the case for my trip. Each location was nice to visit, but with only 60 minutes at each site, I felt as if I was rushed and couldn't read all the information or learn about each site. This company did take the hassle out of trying to plan traveling to each location on my own, but I wouldn't consider them a sightseeing tour.
This is a golden classic of Belarusian tourism. We'll cycle around an expressive and spectacular schoolbook of history of Belarus unfolded on a picturesque landscape. The small town of Zaslaŭje absorbed whole dramatic nature and contrariety of the Belarusian context. Town's railway station with symbolic name "Belarus" was situated just on a state border between Poland and USSR in 1921-1939. In the period a number of pillboxes were constructed here from both sides. But the town was baring its defensive constructions many times before that: ramparts of Hliabovičs' castle of XVI cent., a fortified protestant church in Gothic-Renaissance style, ramparts of an ancient settlement of the X cent are still there... Spirit and praying were inside of them all the time: we'll see churches of the past, including Orthodox Cathedral. Nice hilly landscape, various historical sites, cycling around local paths, with use of local trains - welcome to real Belarus!
Inclusions: the price includes organisation and guiding of the private tour, guide's travelling expenses
Exclusions: bicycle rental (if needed, approx. 8 $ per bike), two local train tickets (approx. 1,5 $ per person), museum fee (at option, approx.1$ per person per museum), guided tour at Equestrian Sport Center with riding on a horse (at option): from 30 $ per group
Exiting trip with our guide Raman from Minsk train station to up north in the country with train. We visited some musea there and some historic sites. Slowly we biked back tot Minsk and Raman told us everything he knew about Belarus. We learned a lot about Belarus which is a beautyful country which we will always remember. Minsk Bike Tour offers very good daytrips to explore Minsk and the countryside!
