What to do and see in Minsk, Belarus: The Best Bars & Clubs
Serving as both the capital of Belarus and the headquarters of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Minsk is a hub of business and government. As a cocktails lover I always look for the best places in town. Embargo came up as one of the good places but not the best. Decided to give it a try anyway. Surprisingly I found this to be the best bar in town, although some articles put another "secret" place on top (which I also checked but didn't like). Embargo is a nice little bar, that has great atmosphere, good bartenders and some very nice spirits (including mezcal and pisco, which are rare to be found). Special tanks to Alexander, our man behind the bar, that made our visit so great (and our spirits high). One of the few places around the world that treats you with a free shots. Definitely recommend the place!

Snookball is an interesting combination of billiards and football. It can be played together or by teams. The game takes place on a billiard table of impressive size: 10 by 20 inch. Every year snookball is becoming more and more popular because it combines physical activity, logical thinking, ability to concentrate, and most importantly, it brings great pleasure to the players.
