We provide Flying Trapeze classes for all ages (6+) and abilities. No experience or upper body strength required! Classes are 90 minutes in length and our goal is for you to make a mid-air connection (or "catch") with our staff at the end of your very first session. Pre-registration is required, as we keep our class sizes small.

inFIT’s HDGolf Simulator is a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s so real, you’d think you’re playing the real thing. Almost ALL other simulators use computer generated images to produce their pixelated, blurry screens. HDGolf uses real images, taken by real people, that are then transferred to a computer for your enjoyment! You’ll see live animals, carts, sometimes people, leaves, footprints in bunkers and many more. Combine that with our spacious room with your own TV and you got yourself a regular man cave.

We are Rochester's ONLY Nerf War and Archery Combat facility! We cater to adults and kids alike. We specialize in memorable experiences! Nerf Wars is team vs team structured gameplay for ages 6+ with multiple game modes. Feel free to bring your own blasters (if they take regular nerf darts) or use ours! We supply all of the darts and safety equipment. Archery Combat is an addicting team vs team sport for adults and kids ages 7+. We use dodgeball rules and safe foam-tipped arrows to create a lasting experience and as much fun as you can handle! We offer a fun and competitive experiences that you will remember for years to come. Great for groups! We do mobile events and parties too!

The Escape Game is a live 60-minute adventure. You and your team will select a challenge and will have one hour to complete your mission and escape. We offer several unique experiences, all happening in a completely immersive environment. You may be in prison planning an escape, on Mars trying to repair a spaceship or in a museum stealing back a piece of art.

Healthy Expressions Rage Room LLC offers a large indoor arena to play Nerf in or extreme dodgeball. We also have two virtual reality rooms featuring the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive to enjoy as well as our rage rooms where it is your job to destroy stuff. We Pride ourself on being fun for both familiies, couples, and individuals.
