If you want to learn about one of the foremost leaders of the Civil Rights movement right here in Central Florida, do not miss this place. And I strongly recommend that you come in February during Black History Month and attend an event where the Cultural Center Coordinator, Sonya Mallard tells the story of the Moores. If that doesn't move you, then I don't know what will. #NeverForget!

Perfect place for an outdoor adventure. The people running the farm were amazing, took time to explain everything, help us out, even offered water. I would recommend to everyone wanting to be outside! Prices were great and blueberries were yummy!

Wild Horse Rescue Center rescues and rehabilitates abused and neglected horses of the breed mustang. Wild mustangs are rounded up and then sold - while completely wild. We rescue, nurse them back to health, socialize and train them so they can be adopted. Visitors will get a hands on experience with these horses through socializing, lunch and a trail ride. We have about 30 horses at any point.

Wonderful hidden gem - magnificent statues, great words of wisdom, and overall Zen vibe (of course!). Great gift shop - happy to support the center and local merchants (nice soaps). Looking forward to returning on a Sunday for a vegetarian market.

Enjoy picking your very own blueberries straight from the vine. Enjoy our tractor pulled wagon ride and mini animal petting zoo on the weekends. HOURS OF OPERATION: Tuesday through Thursday, 9AM to 6PM and Friday through Sunday, 9AM to 2PM. We are closed on Mondays. WHAT TO BRING: We take credit cards so you don’t have to bring cash. If you’re coming from 11AM to about 4PM, you may want to bring some sunscreen. We sell Farm Hats but that won’t stop you from getting a Farmer’s Sunburn! It’s a Farm so although you can walk it in Flip Flops, you may want to wear Shoes. We sell bottles of water so no need to bring water if you don’t want to. HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE: The grounds are groomed and hard enough so that the rows can be navigated by wheelchair and the berries are low enough so that someone in a chair can reach them. We have handicap accessible bathrooms too. ATTENTION ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS!: Many local elementary schools have field trips to our Farm.
Due to the COVID-19 situation we were unable to pick our own blueberries but we were able to order online for drive-thru pick up. I found the prices to be excellent and the quality and service super. This was the first time getting fresh blueberries here and let me say it won’t be my last time. I online ordered more than once before the season ended they were so delicious!

Top-notch conditions, scenic beauty, style, and substance make Indian RIver Preserve Golf Club the Space Coast's preferred destination for a golf. The course features lush, rolling fairways, surrounded by serene lakes, and native Florida vegetation & wildlife. First-timers and regulars alike will enjoy a quality golf experience that is challenging but not overwhelming. Eight holes on the back nine, as well as the final five on the front, feature menacing water hazards. Holes #9, #13, and #16 rank among the Space Coast's most Spectacular. The course also includes a bonus 19th green par 3 shaped like the continent of Australia!
It has been a few years since I have played this course, as a matter of fact the last time I played there it was call Walk About and the Clubhouse was a double wide. We let me assure you that it all has changed. Now called Indian River Preserve Golf Course and it has a beautiful new clubhouse and restaurant (Andreas). And all are top notch. Let me be honest with you...if you are looking for an EASY track this is not your course. The challenging track has plenty of tight narrow fairways, undulating greens and requires TARGET skills. But it is breath taking. Talk to Will in the Clubhouse or Brandi in the restaurant if need help. CON: They have 1 Par 3 on the front where you have difficulty seeing the top of the flag and it is ALL carry. Needs a little trimming.
