If you are one of the many travellers on the South Coast today heading back after the Christmas/New Years break, why not take a mid trip respite as you pass through Milton - at Smiling on the Inside! With packages to suit both your time & backpocket, you will be assured the relaxing pause needed to soldier on for the rest of your journey.
We were staying in the region for a short break, and what better thing to do on a holiday than have a massage? As massage veterans we are well placed to judge the quality of massage received, and we both really enjoyed our (relaxation for me and remedial for him) massages. The service was friendly and professional in a lovely setting, and both masseurs were excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing experience.

Om Sweet Om Milton opened its doors in June last year and has been opening the minds of those who walk up its stairs ever since. It’s a home away from home where everyone is welcomed and accepted, no fancy mats or active wear required. It’s about getting back to the roots of what yoga is: the union of breath, mind and body. It’s an intimate space that prides itself on small classes, yogic philosophy, traditional practice and one-on-one assists and support. It’s a space where yoga becomes approachable and the focus shifts from the exterior to the work done within. Om Sweet Om Milton offers a variety of practice styles and class times, from the traditional roots of yoga; Ashtanga to a modern day Vinyasa Flow. It offers balance with the Yin Practice and Candle Light Series, taking time to slow things down in our fast paced world, a beginner six-week programs runs covering yoga foundations, alignment, breath and movement in a non-intimidating environment. Om Sweet Om even offers some Zen for the Men, or as we like to call it Bro-ga.

Love going to Nikki B's for shopping for something different, be it something weird and secondhand, as well as new bits and pieces. Their range of cards can be a little risque, but loads of fun. Hopefully this rather unique shop will continue to be around for tourists and locals alike. Staff are always very friendly and quite happy for a chat, or to leave you alone.

We always love dropping in to browse Revival's latest offerings. Gino and Jenny are a charming couple, full of knowledge of and appreciation for Australian design, as well as the international names.
The Gallery presents fine art by established artist Anezka Davis. Her oil paintings are held in collections in both hemispheres. Her art includes oil paintings of portraits, landscapes and her favourite subject-horses. The gallery is located on picturesque horse stud with ocean and mountain views. Enjoy nice art, views, horses and feed native birds. Access from Milton on bitumen road.
