Angullong Wines

Angullong is a family owned wine company from the premium high altitude cool climate wine region of Orange in the Central West of New South Wales located about 350km west of Sydney. The Angullong vineyards are located on the southern lower slopes of the Orange region at the foothills of Mt Canobolas, an ancient volcano. Angullong’s topography is best described as dramatic. The country ranges from undulating to steep hills with spectacular limestone escarpments that radically descend to the fast flowing Belubula River. Angullong’s bluestone cellars, located in the picturesque village of Millthorpe, was built in the late 1800s as stables to the adjoining hotel. The village of Millthorpe is located 15 minutes drive from Orange, and is home to a number of historic buildings that house a range of cafés, restaurants, accommodation and boutique, specialty stores.
