Walking Shadow Theatre Company presents Cabal, a live theater experience with puzzles. An audience of 10 people explores an immersive environment, meeting characters and discovering large-scale, hands-on challenges.
Cabal was amazing. The whole experience was so wonderful and unique! It is a combination of theater, audience participation, and puzzle solving. The actors did an amazing job, the story was really creative and interesting, and the environments that we explored were so immersive and beautifully made. I can't recommend the show enough. A must go for anyone who loves puzzle/escape rooms or theater.

"A great, up-scale, night-spot in downtown Saint Paul. Live music most nights, Dancing on weekends. "One of the 10 best Twin Cities' Hot Spots!" - Pioneer Press Camp Bar Twin Cities opened in June of 2007 and quickly became a Downtown Saint Paul landmark. The 5000 sq ft facility contains three separate spaces for customers; the upscale yet casual Front Bar, the lively Dance Bar/Cabaret and, weather allowing, our sidewalk patio. The front bar features a large u-shaped bar, flat screen televisions, a baby grand piano and our Entryway Lounge. Any part of the bar or the entire facility is available for private events. All of our cocktails are hand-built using fresh, quality ingredients and muddle and shake methods. We pride ourselves on serving the biggest drinks in town.

I went to the Orpheum with my mom and sister on November 21 '19 to see Phantom of the Opera. The architecture is absolutely beautiful, vintage and well-maintained. It's kept the history from when it was built alive by keeping some of its gorgeous decorations the same as they've always been, so it feels like a magical trip back in time. Walking around it is a very Gatsby-esque experience, and my family and I spent a long time admiring it all. The staff are very professional, friendly, and well-organized. They even have people directing the traffic in the restrooms during intermission. Before we entered, we went through a security check, so I also felt very safe in the theatre the whole time. The show itself was absolutely incredible. I tend to be somewhat of a critic, but I absolutely adored how it was done. Everyone was extremely talented and the music was beautiful (the local pit band was astonishing and did an absolutely fantastic job, along with, of course, the cast). The set was so clever as well and it was intriguing to see how they took advantage of space. The falling chandelier, the fire scenes, and other special effects were all coordinated very well. In addition, there were speakers all around the room, adding to the ambience of the show every time the Phantom spoke from one of the far corners. All in all, this show has made it on my list of favorites and I will certainly come back again. I recommend this venue to anyone considering attending. You will not regret it!
