Last year in June of 2018, I was looking for a master baking course that offered a combination of beautiful, great tasting pastries (that I would want to bake again) in a fun city and delightful culture. I happened to stumble upon Faith Beau Tokyo via Instagram, and I was hooked at first sight. In addition to the positive comments that everyone has shared already, I must also highlight about Sawako's apparent baking techniques and calm, sweet demeanor. Her pastries have the perfect balance of aesthetics, textures and flavors--stimulating your taste buds and desire for more without feeling guilty! ;) The master course was intense with 18 different recipes, but totally worth it. Sawako is extremely passionate and intentional with her training. I look forward to offering her baked goods...coming soon to Atlanta, Georgia in summer 2020.
