We had a blast! The history of RT66 and Kingman at the Museum was very interesting. The two wineries had tasty wine and fun people working there. The Black Bridge Brewery flight of beers introduced us to flavors we didn’t know we would like but certainly did. We were ready for lunch by then and it was yummy. We laughed, learned, and had a great time.

This was such a fun tour! Our tour guide was Pasquale. He was just wonderful! So knowledgeable and fun! You could tell he loves his job. It makes the tour so much better when there is someone leading it that truly enjoys what they are doing. Thank you Pasquale! This was definitely a favorite on my trip to Las Vegas. Would recommend this tour, but would recommend any tour with Pasquale!

After a few days in rarely quiet and empty Las Vegas, the husband and I were rather bored, and decided to Re-visit Grand Canyon Western Ranch.... having done so in 2018 We were transported by the new driver, (new to us since last visit), as was taken back on how little they knew about Las Vegas, the desert, and basically customer interaction. This was a complete shock to us, since the last driver we had was extremely out-going and knowledgeable. The driver we had in 2018, was their transportation manager. We later discovered from Ranch employees, that he left the company, due to the owner not paying him for advertising / vehicle maintenance labor, outside of his driving duties. He also never received a pay raise in 4 years of service. None of the ranch employees looked a bit happy to be employed at the ranch this visit, and it showed by the condescending and sarcastic demeanor towards guests. The property has greatly decayed in 2 years. Both public toilets were non functional during the 7 hours of our visit. My husband and i were directed to an un-used cabin, where the water was turned off, so this toilet also did not flush. There was not toilet paper, so I had to used a handkerchief from my purse. The girl at the front counter thought that fact was funny and laughed in our faces. Food and service was a far cry from the amazing experience in 2018. On the return drive to Las Vegas, we spoke with the driver, and learned that the owner, Tony Marriott, visits the ranch every 2 weeks, to eat and get drunk, and always makes a scene in the presence of guests. We also learned that no full time or part time employee receives overtime pay after working 8 hours each day. There are no benefits and all employees have self employment status, and are responsible for 100% of their own taxes. I suppose this is the reason for bad customer service and lack of experienced drivers. After this recent experience and decline of what once was a great holiday hot-spot, we have to highly recommend to fellow travelers ~ DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH GRAND CANYON WESTERN RANCH.
