Maryland is known as “America in Miniature” because of its great variations in topography and culture. This makes it a perfect east coat travel destination for those who would like to experience a little bit of everything. From amusement parks, to beaches, to mountains and historical sites, there is plenty to see and do. Each region of Maryland provides its own unique and fun activities to do. If you're headed for some fun in the sun in Ocean City on its eastern coast, be sure not to miss the Ocean City Beach, the Boardwalk, or Trimper's Rides and Amusement Park for an all-ages fun experience. Central Maryland is home to a Six Flags theme park, the Annapolis Golf Club, and countless hubs of art and culture such as the African Art Museum and Annapolis Opera, Inc. Heading to western Maryland? It is perfect for lovers of nature and the outdoors, with the Washington Monument State Park, Wisp Resort ski slopes, and the spectacular Muddy Creek Falls.

Located on the Marriner family’s 54-acre working farm in Ellicott City, Manor Hill Farm is home to Manor Hill Brewing... Howard County's first, and Maryland's largest, farm brewery. We are also home to 14 acres of corn, several bee hives, 2+ acres of hops, approximately 30 chickens, more than 20 free-range angus cattle, and multiple herb/vegetable/fruit gardens. Our head brewer uses high quality seasonal ingredients to craft hand-made beers from original and unique recipes. We believe strongly in supporting local and practicing sustainability and work to achieve these values as often as possible. Our farm is open for visitors on Fridays (4-9pm), Saturdays (12-7pm) & Sundays (12-7pm). We also have a Farm Stand with a multitude of items grown and produced on our very own farm. More info at manorhillbrewing.com/farmvisit. Curbside Pickup available Monday - Friday at manorhillbrewing.com/curbside

A: for the beer. This is nice, friendly, well-decorated brewpub that's not too crowded...yet. The owner/operators are very friendly and happy to answer questions and explain things. It has a nice open feel without looking to industrial--outside is subdued; blending into the residential neighborhood. Besides the stadiums, it's also a short walk to the B&O rail museum (an excellent collection and the first miles of track in US). The beer selection is varied with extended options---a stout and same stout with coffee, a hefeweisen and the same with orange added. Currently open only 3 days, I plan to return again soon. Oh, and Pigtown is named for the former meat-packing are of Baltimore.

Opened in 2018, we are a small craft brewery and tasting room dually focused on barrel-aged mixed-fermented beers and fresh hoppy ales. Founded on our shared passions for brewing science, delicious flavors, and the craft of beer production, we brew beers that are balanced, drinkable, and highly aromatic without tongue-scraping bitterness or piercing sourness.
We went here on a Thursday night and the place was pretty busy. The place is bright and airy and is pleasant to be in. They don't offer food here but there is a food truck outside that sells pizzas. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. I am not much of a beer drinker and she helped me pick out one I might like. She also offered some samples.

20 handcrafted beers on tap! Open 11-11pm 364 days a year. 3500 square foot beer garden and barrel room available for rentals. Children are always welcome with a parental guardian, but pets are not allowed due to local regulations.
I Found this brewery a few years ago while vacationing in Ocean City Maryland. My husband and I checked it out and have been hooked ever since! Their beer selection is always changing. Burley Oak makes the best sour beers! Recently I was skeptical about trying a coconut mojito, cheesecake, or key lime pie beer, however, they were all AMAZING! So many times beers will claim to have a certain flavor and they don’t, or the flavor is off. Burley Oak has mastered this concept especially when it comes to their sours. The brewery has come along way by adding more seating inside and completely upgrading their outside seating area. They also now offer tacos! If you are ever near Berlin, Maryland I highly recommend making a stop at this brewery! You won’t be disappointed.

We planned a day trip from Philadelphia to Baltimore to visit some breweries. Heavy Seas was our first stop! We met the owners last fall at a Heavy Seas tap takeover night in Rehoboth Beach, DE and were looking forward to visiting their brewery. We enjoyed hush puppies and soft pretzels from the food truck as well as some CitraCannon IPA, Peg Leg Stout, and another cask ale. We signed up for a tour and Chad did not disappoint! He explained the brewing process, the details of the equipment, answered our questions, and had the humor of a stand up comic! What a deal! The taproom was packed by the time we left at 3. Really enjoyable experience, I highly recommend a visit!

Thank you so much for your interest in the Flying Dog Tasting Room. Like many other companies, we are limiting physical access to the building to our essential employees during the pandemic. All of our programs, including the tasting room, and events are on indefinite hold at this time. Our brewery continues to produce world class beer that you can purchase at your favorite retailer.
What a great place. It was a Sunday afternoon and this was the first time we visited the place. Nice layout and friendly people. I was greeted as I walked in. We found a seat at one of the community tables and ordered a flight. The beer was excellent. We tried the food truck outside and my wife and I split the Chicken tacos that were great and full. Nice and crispy. The bartender was really busy but right on it, we ordered a second flight and he had it out in no time at all. We will definitely be back. I even bought two 6 packs to go of my favorite beer.

We visited this much recommended brewery last week on a last minute decision! It was a lovely Friday evening, and we had heard the local astronomy club would have telescopes set up to do solar and planet observing. (Clouds obscured the planets Jupiter and Venus, but the moon was beautifully seen through the powerful telescopes) Usually the brewery closes at 8PM on Fridays, but they were going to serve beer ti 9PM because of the special event. We first tried a flight of 6 different beers (these change periodically) and liked the Heffeweizen a lot; indulged in a pint before they closed. The brewery sits atop a nice hill, there were plenty of friendly people and the owner and head brewer were available to chat with. In the summer there is a food truck on Fridays, and Saturdays features live music. Would strongly recommend this to go out into beautiful rural Frederick County in Maryland (about an hour drive from Baltimore). Go with friends, do drive carefully because the 2 mile drive from the main highway is quite narrow in places and has many curves to negotiate.

Great craft beer, fantastic atmosphere and the food trucks are always good. Dog friendly outside, lots of room everywhere. Hands down the best place to open in Bel Air in the last 30 years.
