We just came back from 7 day trip in Egypt and used Egypt Tour Portal. This was over a year in the making since the pandemic had put a stop on our trip. But we were able to finally go end of April 2021. I will be honest there were so road blocks with the planning of the trip and I know there were a lot of changes. I do have to say that towards the end of the planning of the trip the tour company, and Mohamad Zayed weren't willing to be as flexible as I would have hoped for. Furthermore, on the domestic flights that the company booked for us, they failed to check us in and communicating with tour guides that our flights had changed times. For example our flight departure from Aswan had changed by a few hours. Our tour guide didn't know and we got to the airport way early before the airport even opened. I asked the airline when the change was made and they said 2 days prior. This was extremely frustrating. Thus why my rating is a 4 and not a 5. I do appreciate their help in willing to accommodate us in the airport hotel in Cairo. Nonetheless, our tour guide, Omar Haridi in Luxor in Aswan made it worth it. Thank you Omar for all your help! You made our trip extra special with me and my husband awesome souvenir! I do recommend him for any of your Egypt travels. Thanks guys.

It was a great experience sailing the Nile and it is something that you must do. But when you are doing this with a great guide and great tour operator then everything is amazing. We travelled on a small-group Nile Cruise with Mody Tours. From start to finish, Mody Tours was by far the most accommodating tour operator and Ahmed answered many questions for us and made us feel very secure and confident. We have to especially thank Hany, our group Egyptologist and Tour Guide, who was super kind, helpful and very funny. Also he was well informed about the places we’ve been visiting and he explained beautifully all the historical information. He was willing to help us with everything we may needed and he made us feel very good (even if we were travelling with 2 young children and we had some difficulties). Finally he has been arranging for us a testing (PCR) in the most comfortable way, the sample has been taken from the hotel. (Just keep in mind that is very expensive around 2100 Egyptian pounds, nothing to do with the operator). So we highly recommend Mody Tours, Hany and Ahmed. They all made our cruise an unforgettable experience!!!! This country has stolen our heart and we will definitely return to Egypt. Thank you!!!! السلامة

This cruise was an unforgettable experience, the staff from the cruise was very nice and gentle, our tour guide Antar was the best! I highly recommend taking this trip by plane. We booked less than 2 days in advance, there were almost no tickets left. We had business class seats to go. My name was wrong so I had to buy another ticket at the airport, maybe last seat on the plane. The agency was fair and deducted the amount from the total price agreed, very correct! From there, everything went very smooth. We were expected at the airport in Cairo by our guide Zenab and our driver. We had a private tour just for ourselves. We could go at our own pace. Zenab was a great guide and person. She was very welcoming and did her best to please us at all times. Overall, I totally recommend this travel agency, they are very thrust worthy and will guide you from and back to your hotel entrance. Thank you!!

We tried repeatedly to contact this company after the trip was booked, paid for and confirmed. Multiple phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails were unanswered on the day we were supposed to do the trip and no one showed up to pick us up. Our hotel couldn’t contact anyone at the company and Viator was no help, either. Our whole trip to Sharm el-Sheikh was centered around climbing Mt Sinai and now it’s been ruined.
