A fascinating look at ancient Rome and the Jewish Ghetto. Cecilia's tour illuminated parts of the city I had never seen before, with informed anecdotes and very interesting history. She is knowledgeable and friendly, and speaks English well. I can't recommend her enough - a definite highlight of any visit in Rome.

And this is it. Together with a guide, from paddle to paddle we will go to the discovery of wild coves and limestone stacks of the Monte Conero Regional Park. We will meet the Portonovo Bay, the suggestive Sails, the Forni beach. Once you reach the splendid Due Sorelle beach. Breathtaking night on the roof of the Marche! With its 2476 meters of altitude, Monte Vettore is the highest mountain in the Sibillini range. The efforts to reach this exceptional location will undoubtedly be rewarded by the spectacle of the birth of a new day: the unreal silence near the summit is broken only by the sound of the stony ground that almost becomes a melody under the steps, in the distance the sparkling of inhabited centers, and the light that explodes from the Adriatic going to illuminate lands, villages and towns.

63088 Foce, Province of Ascoli Piceno, Italy Il Ponticello Trekking Viaggi & Natura

A thrilling ascent. Joy, amazement and admiration for the magnificent nature of this corner of the Sibillini Mountains National Park. The emotions are unique, the effort is there but the experience of our guides and the excellent company is always of great help. The ascent from Foce di Montemonaco to Lake Pilato is one of the most spectacular itineraries in central Italy. The valley of the lake is really interesting, where traces of ancient glacial cirques are still visible and where Pizzo del Diavolo dominates the landscape. Lake Pilato is called with a pinch of irony the "lake with glasses" for the shape of its complementary and communicating reservoirs in the periods of greatest presence of water. Among the many elements of interest of the day, the biology of the famous Chirocefalo di Marchesoni and the suggestive legend linked to the name of the lake ...
