A beautiful setting for wine tasting! Enjoyed tasting multiple wines and purchased a few of them too. Jeff was our server...very personable and fun! Would love to return!

This scenic lake is best known for its sunbathing, water sports and fishing.
Crystal clear lake and super cold. Plenty to do around the lake such as visiting wineries, eating at the many many restaurants and simply walking among the historic downtown shops. enjoy

Lake Chelan wine country at its best! Try the delicious reds and crisp whites on the beautiful patio at Hard Row to Hoe Vineyards. A family-owned, boutique winery specializing in small-batch processing and creating premium wines. Named in the Top 22 Tasting Rooms in Washington. Stop in and see why! Now open in Leavenworth too!
We ventured out during our Chelan visit to a few wineries. Hard Row was an excellent stop. We met Don Phelps, one of the owners, and he entertained us with stories about how the winery was started, the branding for the wines and the decor in the tasting room. Highly entertaining story. We purchased Chardonnay, Cab Franc, Syrah, Miss de Miner and Land Ho! Their port wine was superb so bought a few bottles of that....yum! On a sunny day, enjoy the views of the area while tasting their wines.

A waterslide park.
We arrived when the park opened to claim a good spot for the day. Discounts can often be found on Groupon or Livingsocial. You can bring in food and drinks (no glass or hard coolers). Great slides and lazy river! Wonderful employees, very clean park.Foodetravlr- Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. With you handle of Foode... On our cascade loop trip, we stopped at both Nefarious and Wapato. Nefarious was nice and had good wine, but Wapato was our favorite! Having the restaurant/patio portion helped with the overall ambiance and outside the kids played for hours while we leisurely had a tasting, glass of wine and the cheese plate. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and the wine was De-licious!

This is a great stop for a change of pace from the winery visits in the area. The day we stopped they had a flight sampler of 4 different ciders and it was hard to pick a favorite! They all had their own standout flavors - perfect combinations of crispness, tartness, sweetness & honey. The atmosphere is great for enjoying a glass while visiting with friends both inside and outside on the sunny patio. It was very cool to hear the family story from one of the pourers, they have a great vision on how to bring the apple farm into the modern day by adding a cider producing and tasting room. Very worth a visit - we will be back to sample more tastes and glasses on future visits to the area!

A nice family oriented ski area. But only if you are learning. The rope tows are a challenge for little kids - and you better rent glove protectors or plan on new gloves after the day of skiing. Nice lodge and friendly staff.

We took the Lady of the Lake to Stehekin for the day trip ( fast boat ) out on Chelan. The views were amazing and the history given by the staff on the ride were appreciated and full of details. The boat has hot coffee, cider and a few snacks. It is handicap accessible and has a bathroom that is good sized. The seating area was comfy and heated. We stopped at Fields Landing, Lucerne & then Stehekin. We checked web sites, reviews etc prior to leaving today. The lack of updates is not the Lady’s fault ~ however EVERYTHING in Stehekin was closed when we arrived & we had anticipated having lunch at the bakery. So we get there & this is an all day trip and now no food. I know it’s our job to check ~ but it would be GREAT if there were updates in the lobby in Chelan ~ or the ticket sales lady provided customers with some idea of what to expect on arrival. That’s my one tip ~ pack a lunch for the picnic area and soak up the view! Good for all ages and all times of the year, well worth it!

We only like sweet wines so we normally buy by the glass.
Rose = $8.00 Very Nice
Viognier = $8.00 Very Nice
They are open Thursday through Monday from 12pm- 6pm.
It is a little ways off highway 150 between Manson and Chelan WA. There is a nice outdoor seating area to relax and hold enjoyable conversations. Most tables were in the sun, but their is a very large umbrella covering a few tables. Inside there is a small gift area, seating and game at which to spend time during your tasting experience.
The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with our questions.

The views from the tasting room are spectacular...down to the lake and the mountains beyond. The owners were there and we sure enjoyed their company. Lynn is the winemaker...wine education from WSU, and Henry takes care of the vineyard and spins tales to all the customers. A former NW Airlines pilot, he has some great stories to tell. Both Lynn and Henry are great to talk to and have a passion for the wine they make. We loved their white merlot....I know, I never heard of it before either, but it is soooo tasty....great with Thai food. Tasting room if very comfortable, plenty of seating indoors and out, ample parking. Chelan Ridge is one of the many great wineries here in our Chelan area.
