Adventure and landscapes are the scene of this one day trip, we will feel what is the freedom to go on two wheels, we will be inspired by one of the best routes that the city of open doors, Manizales, has. We will go up and get to know one of the most complete and fun routes we have around the city: challenging climbs, descending roads and pastures, landscapes that will delight us and that will lead us to live a truly memorable experience. This crossing is perfect for riders who want to live a bike day, who like to cycle through diverse terrain and put a little touch of adrenaline on their departures.

Our experience with Trail Hunters and Simon was excellent. He came to our accommodation with the bicycles, water bottles and some snacks and off we went into some very nice paths through the coffee region near Manizales. He was attentive to make sure no one is left behind and everyone can follow at their pace, pausing whenever needed. He took videos of photos of us with his own camera but also with ours. We really felt that he tried to tailor the experience to our preferences and he had a positive and friendly attitude from beginning to end. The scenery was nice along the way, we saw some parrots flying by, the uphill part was challenging and the downhill part was certainly fun.

Manizales opens its doors to show us one of the most spectacular landscapes: its coffee plantations. During this tour you will have the opportunity to mix the delight of your gaze with the forces of your legs to reach the end. Each piece will be a mixture of sensations, which upon reaching the goal will leave you with only one word: WOW! This Cross Country route combines good pedaling, good coffee and a unique landscape. We will cross routes that include uncovered roads and challenging climbs. This route is perfect for riders who like to pedal, want to have a very good experience and prefer not to take aggressive descents.

A breathtaking experience, quite literally! Our original plan to trek Nevado del Tolima was unfortunately disrupted by an overzealous Amazonian monkey and it's teeth. Eduardo was extremely kind and helpful and instead of being in amongst cloud forest on day one spent a not quite so interesting day in hospital with me! Plans and arrangements were calmly reconfigured and we set off for the hills only one day late! We then spent an excetional few days in the company of Eduardo and his knowledge of the environement; trekking through the cloud forest, staying in mountain Fincas amongst a few fellow travellers and welcoming locals, up into the incredible Paramo ecosystem and on to Paramillo del Quindio, before slowly winding our way back down through the Paramo and cloud forest once again. A truly truly wonderful experience! A very tough few days for our bodies as we simply had not prepared ourselves for the altitude prior to arriving (can recommend being at altitude for at least a few days before..!) Usually reasonably capable of taking on arduous adventures, I was reduced to several paces at a time at 4500m! Although I'm sure it is not quite what he had in mind when setting out to meet us at the start of our adventure, Eduardo was exceptionally understanding and looked after us from start to finish. We fell in love with Colombia and the trek with Montanas Colombianas is a huge part of that! We can't wait to return one day to reunite and tackle Nevado del Tolima! Thank you!

I had two amazing cycling experiences with Colombia Cycling. On very short notice, I asked Tomas what tours were available. He quickly invited me to join a tour that was departing later in the day so I jumped on the opportunity. All the riders were much more experienced than me, but everyone was very kind and helpful. Tomas even allowed me to use his own custom bike! My schedule allowed me to only ride for the first day of that 3-day tour, so Marcela kindly drove me back to Medellin. A few days later, I enjoyed another memorable day of cycling with Tomas, departing from the Indiana Mall in Las Palmas. I learned a lot about cycling and the area from from a real professional and all-around good guy. Very highly recommended.

We booked a Localgrapher for a couples shoot in Arizona. The results were okay at best, and we regretted not seeking out an established local in the area. For the price, we received 60 very average choices and the ability to select 35 shots. We couldn’t even find 35 framed correctly. The localgrapher website is also a joke which requires a youtube video to figure out. The UI is terrible and the photos will disappear rapidly so do not wait to download (set aside a couple hours - that’s how bad it is). But really, just avoid. Hire someone directly.

I highly recommend Uncharted to anyone who wants to experience beautiful and colourful Colombia. It's impossible to find someone more professional, reliable, friendly, detailed and organized than Cami & team. With them you know you are in very good and capable hands. Our trip was flawlessly organized and customized to our specific needs. We were a group of 9 friends who trekked the Sierra Nevada del Cocuy, experienced the exotic Santa Marta and Tayrona National Park, discovered La Guajira and spent sunny and relaxing days in Cartagena de Indias. Thank you, Uncharted, for an unforgettable and perfect trip!
