What to do and see in Manchester, England: The Best Cooking Classes

August 5, 2021 Darwin Bolte

Famed for its soccer team and music scene, which has produced the likes of the Smiths and Oasis, this center for sports and the arts is a down-to-earth and friendly city. The so-called Capital of the North has overcome industrial decline, bombing (in WWII and by the IRA) to become a confident and cosmopolitan city of well over two million. It is well served by a bus and light rail network. Top attractions include the Lowry art complex, arcade Affleck's Palace and Canal Street gay village.

What a wonderful place! As soon as we walked through the doors, the Ford Sorcery family were super warm and welcoming. The venue had taken extra precautionary steps to make sure our cooking class was COVID-friendly and I must say the few hours we were there felt like a safe little haven away from the madness. Lisa and Jason were both super friendly and made the whole experience memorable. We did the Pasta Class and came away with new skills and full bellies! We even got to bring the pasta we made home with us so we could share our new found talent with our family. We would without a doubt recommend the classes to anyone looking to brush up on their culinary skills in a friendly, welcoming environment. See you guys soon for another class!
