Here at Penguin Paddling, we provide excellent kayak and paddleboard rentals and tours out of Prince William County. Our location at 201 Mill Street in Occoquan (behind Madigan's Waterfront restaurant), has calm and peaceful water surrounded by greenery and is located in a neat small town filled with bistros, unique shops, wine and beer tasting rooms, and great historical architecture.
