Was a long day trip from Cebu city however certainly worth the trip. Beautiful view and a fantastic time quad-biking through the hills. Worth visiting the observation center and Tasier preservation reserve right after.

This is a 3.5 = Pretty good. the guides were kind and resourceful. For the price this was a lovely way to spend the afternoon, the snorkling and island were beautiful. The guides did not actually know much about the islands or the environment, but were good people who need jobs. The boat was leaking diesel and they had to repair the engine several times. I didn't blame them, but the tour operator definitely needs more sustainable boats, it just does not make sense to send gas leaking, oily boats out into such beauty. Tourists - take a bit more time and find the highest rated green and in terms of guide training!

Kalanggaman Island is widely known for its crystal clear water, white powdery sand and long sandbars stretching on both sides of the island. From the inviting turquoise waters and the white sand to the unobstructed view of the sky, everything about Kalanggaman Island just speaks peace. It is really a perfect place for snorkeling and relaxing oneself. I did my open water certificate with Momo without ever doing any test dives. I guess the fact that I then also did my advanced open water certificate with him (which I haven‘t planned) says it all. I felt really safe and comfortable with him under water and he always made sure that I have the best experience possible. He also knows the island and all the dive sites really well and I can only recommend going diving with him, no matter if it‘s for fun dives or any kind of certificate.
