Have played this course many times over the years and always enjoy the experience. Threading its way alongside the old city walls it's like no other course I've ever played or heard of. Caddies are a friendly bunch. Course is short, I think par 66, but is tight with plenty of water hazards and lots of undulations on the greens so overall plays above its length. It's a pay and play course, I'd recommend a visit if you're in Manila and have enough time for a round. If you play early morning you're in the same area as Fort Santiago and the rest of old Manila so could make a day of it.

This is one of our favorite places to visit. Aside from it is accessible, the place is very relaxing and instagrammable. You can do alot of things here such as bowling, golfing, swimming. There is an indoor and outdoor playground for kids too. They are also serving delicious foods here.

I had the pleasure of playing the navy club during a recent trip to Makati. As a visitor from Canada I only had my golf shoes with me. My green fee, caddy, rental clubs, balls and tees came in around $50 usd. I was lucky enough to get caddy John for my first round and met local teaching pro Edwin who was very gracious and friendly, even lending me his clubs for future visits. I came back and played the next 2 days as well and got the same caddy by request each day. The course is a fun mix of short par 3’s, gettable par 5’s (3 in a row) and a few toothy par 4’s. This course sees a lot of traffic and it shows on some of the teeing grounds but did not detract from the playability or enjoyment of the course at all. For the price, condition, service and proximity to makati this track is excellent value and I will definitely return.
