My son has been doing freestyle for a few years on and off during the winter months but hadn't had any lessons for a while. I had been meaning to book a session with James as a friend had previously done lessons and a holiday with him and said how great he was, but we had never got around to it until this week. All I can say is that after the lesson I really wish I had been organised enough to do it sooner. My son (13 yo) was looked after brilliantly by James and James made him feel at ease. James asked what he wanted to learn and tailored the lesson to him, making sure he learnt lots during the lesson. He even sent us a great video afterwards. I would totally recommend James as a friendly, talented and knowledgeable snowboard instructor and we will definitely be booking more lessons with him. The 2hr lesson was perfect as it was intense learning and my son was tiring by the end.

Wigmore Valley Park is a huge open space in the south eastern corner of Luton. It's an oasis of green, neighboured by the airport and housing. It contains a huge array of flora and fauna, including many species of orchids and a variety of mature trees. My kids love to come here at all times of the year, either just to have a good run around, or to explore some of the wooded areas. Rabbits and deer are also regular sightings! Well worth a visit.

Being so close to Luton town centre I was surprised at what a nice park this is. Plenty of parking. Lovely little lake with a nice bridge. Good play area for the kids. It has free tennis courts. It also has Wardown Museum. There is also a permanent food and ice cream takeaway.

This beautiful reserve is an amazing place, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We are so very lucky to live in walking distance. Recently the entire local area has been inundated with visitors, many are considerate and leave the place as clean as they found it. Unfortunately there are a great number who park where ever they like, on people's drives, gardens, blocking roads, so inconsiderate. Then we have the cyclists who believe that the "no cycles" rule in the reserve does not apply to them - such a great shame as they are damaging the footpaths and rare plants. Then there are those that believe that there are litter fairies that come round each night to clear up after them - these people are destroying the very area they came to see. There is NO car parking. There is one small refuse bin, so be prepared to take your litter home. Cycles are not permitted, so don't cycle there. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and nature, amazing flying displays of the red kites and buzzards. Please treat it with respect and enjoy it, it is an amazing place, let's keep it that way.
