Luss Pier

its a small village, located on the shores of lake. From first sight it seems as a touristic place, where you can create best ever pictures about paradise. Sure it depends on weather, but we were lucky. Shops, restaurants, bars, pier, walks, beautiful panoramas and friendly people that all makes this place unique. Houses made from stones and rocks. There are parkings in the village for tourists so no worries, where to park a car.

Luss Parish Church

Lovely old church built by Edward Colquhoun in the late 1800's! It has an old Viking Hogback Stone and some very interesting gravestones to look at in the grounds. We were sorry it wasn't open to have a look inside!

Loch Lomond Faerie Trail

Reviewed By catlady1984 - Alexandria, United Kingdom

I took my 2.5 year old to do this recently & we both really enjoyed it. The scenery is beautiful & features a waterfall & walk by the river. The faerie houses are very sweet & the biodegradable “faerie dust” ie glitter is a nice touch & interactive for children. Buy your ticket from Luss car park (the silver trailer by the petrol station) & you also receive a trail book for older children to use. I’d highly recommend this.
