Lovely beach, easily reachable by train from Hamburg Hbf. The train takes you within a couple of blocks of the beach. Very convenient. Beside a nice beach, lots of "Strandkörbe" and a great place to swim and play in the ocean, there are lots of restaurants, Eiscafés, and lots of tourist type shops to find your perfect souvenir. Lots of fun activities for the kids as well from trampoline to a big wooden ship to climb around in. Meanwhile the adults can watch the big ships come and go in and out of the harbor. Both modern and very old lighthouses complete the excursion.

The one-hour city, canal and harbor cruise will take you past vintage yachtsmen in Lübeck's harbor, as well as around the historic Old Town Island. From the water you have a magnificent view of the 7-towers panorama of the Hanseatic city, the romantic Salmonwehrgraben, the charming Gängeviertel and the Malerwinkel. Beautiful to see are the various historic old town houses, stores, churches, bridges and much more. Our captains vividly explain Lübeck's history and the most beautiful sights.
