This is a beautiful beach away from the hustle and bustle. The WWII lookout tower is visible as well as a ship wreck. Great place to watch the sunset as you can probably figure out by the name.

A wide beach that appeals to families.
I grew up in Wildwood Crest. I know these beaches well. I've fished, surfed, and played on them forever. They are free, spacious, and we'll kept. From North Wildwood to Wildwood Crest these beaches are among the best at the Jersey Shore.

North Wildwood is clean, quiet, residential but Close enough to the boardwalk. The coupons and literature in the hotels will help you to figure out where you want to eat, go for entertainment, take the kids. Everything is close by and convenient.

Three generations of the Wuerker family have lovingly cultivated the farmland at Hawk Haven Vineyard and Winery. The sandy soils and ocean breezes provide the perfect conditions for great grape growing. Vineyard guests taste our diverse collection of wines at the extra-long mahogany bar and meander through the vines with bottles of wine and picnic baskets. Tastings are educational and enjoyable. Please join us, our tasting room is open daily, year round with live music, tours, and a lunch menu on select dates.
I stopped by Hawk Haven Winery yesterday. My dad is on hospice, with not much time left, and I had a break (I'm his caregiver) and have been wanting to visit this winery. I did a tasting and it was so nice and the staff were great and I left with 5 bottles of wine and a lighter spirit.

We met Topaz, Maybelline, Leah, and so many more. We were given carrots to feed the alpacas. My mother has a walker and we prearranged by email for the visit. Tish and the delightful people shared their knowledge with us. They were all helpful with mom. We bought pretty hats, gloves, and more. Thank you for a great visit.

This is a must say for people who are walking the wall in Wildwood and just need a bit of a respite from the heat. You enter this very magical garden with the most beautiful flowers and I'm going to assume that it is taken care of by volunteers. It's a beautiful place for pictures or just a beautiful place to sit and have your coffee.

Morey’s Piers, located on the boardwalk in the Wildwoods, New Jersey is a classic seaside amusement park, family owned and operated since 1969. Voted the second best seaside amusement park in the world by Amusement Today, Morey’s Piers has over 100 rides and attractions spanning over eighteen acres along six beach blocks and includes three amusement piers and two beachfront waterparks. Convenient to the major population centers of the Northeast, yet a world apart, Morey’s Piers along with Morey Resorts combines the pure joy of an amusement park, the sights and sounds of a classic boardwalk, outstanding accommodations, together with the rhythm of beach life. Visit them at Surfside Pier, featuring the Ocean Oasis Waterpark and Beach Club at 25th Avenue, Mariner’s Landing Pier, featuring Raging Waters Waterpark at Schellenger Avenue, and Adventure Pier at Spencer Avenue.
Between my family and my sister's we have kids ranging from 10 down to 4, and they all LOVE going to Morey's. The older kids were big enough this year to go on the wooden roller coaster and spent the whole night just doing that. There are lots of rides for our 6 and 7 year olds (the giant Ferris wheel, the tea cups and the mini roller coaster were favorites) and then there was the kiddie area for my little guy. We were there in late August and while it was busy on the piers the lines were not bad at all. There were plenty of rides especially for the little ones that you only waited a few minutes to get on.
You can buy your passes online but I recommend waiting and buying them in person because they will split the family packages onto multiple cards for you. Really helpful if you have kids of different ages who will be in different parts of the park.

Established in 1998, Turdo Vineyards is now in its 10th vintage. A family owned and run operation, Turdo Vineyards is known for producing award winning, premium hand-crafted wines. Including italian varietals such as Sangiovese, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, and its signature wine, Nero D'Avola. All the fruit used is 100% estate grown, with the main focus being quality, not quantity. Owner and Master Winemaker, Salvatore Turdo's passion and commitment, has established Turdo Vineyards as New Jersey's most distinct vineyard & winery. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Tasted 5 wines and they were all delicious. Not the sweet crap that so many places on the East Coast. These wines reflect Italy and California, dry with great tannins. Get here early, as the tasting room is small and fills up quick:
