Take an exciting ride to the top of the Pryors. We'll see the mustangs that some say are linked back to Cortez, as told by singer Ian Tyson's "La Primira." The home of the stallion Cloud, made famous by producer Ginger Kathrens, as she chronicled his life in the wild. Fantastic views of the horses in the wild and breathtaking scenery. A must see for every horse lover. A true western adventure.

The Pryor Mountain Wild Mustang Center is dedicated to preserving and protecting the wild horses of the Pryor Mountains. A stop at the Mustang Center will give visitors information about the horses, their Spanish heritage, and best places to view the horses in their native Pryor Mountain home. The Mustang Center can help set you up with a once-in-a-lifetime trip to the top of the mountain with PryorWild Mustang Tours.
We stopped first thing in the morning and learned about the Pryor Mtn Mustangs. Our kids were able to see the mustangs kept at the center and even feed them. The best part was the scouting report we heard and the list of horses in the canyon... we drove into Bighorn Recreational Area and spotted a number of them. Was fun to try to identify which bands and mustangs we were seeing.

I took my leadership team for lunch and to paint. The lunch was delicious, the people who work there were attentive and professional, the painting we did was explained well with ready access to help and the price was incredibly reasonable. It was a great time. Thank you to My Studio! We will be there again!

What a perfectly wondrous day for a drive/ride through Bighorn Canyon. We had hoped for a glimpse of horses, mountain goats, or deer. But, alas, none were to be seen. Thus missing their photo shoot opportunity. LOL... Instead, as we traveled the winding roads, the majestic beauty of Wyoming and Montana stretch out in all directions, leaving us awe struck and breathless at the same time. There are simply no words to express, the feelings felt, upon seeing Mother Nature's handiwork. One truly needs to see it firsthand.

Scenic boat tours styled in an eco-tour format with narration from professionally licensed captains exclusively in the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area. Come learn about this pristine and ancient land that boasts of having the "oldest trail" in North America. Archealogically speaking, this Recreation Area has more history of ancient human habitation and prehistoric creatures than Yellowstone Park. See this hidden treasure for yourself.

Did a visit to check the availability of the trails. Went away with plenty good advice. While there, another visitor came back after his visit to thanks the receptionist for his superb advice. Would have done the same but left the park at 7pm, after a great afternoon in the park !

Mustang Mountain Vineyard and Winery is a small, family owned vineyard and winery. We offer a tour of the vineyard and a wine tasting bar. We invite visitors to walk the property and enjoy a glass of wine at our outdoor setting which features a view of the Big Horn Mountains.
What an awesome little attraction right outside of Lovell, Wyoming. We were treated to an amazing tour of their vineyard as well as a wine tasting session. Our party of 10 people enjoyed everything about it from the wine, to the scenery, and the demonstrations of how the grapes are harvested. Definitely recommend putting Mustang Mountain Vineyard on your list of things to do in the Big Horn Basin.
