We will go to the Mirador de La Concepción, Sanctuary of Las Nieves, to continue to the Visitor Center of La Caldera de Taburiente and Mirador de La Cumbrecita. From there we moved to the Port of Tazacorte, touring El Paso, Los Llanos and Tazacorte (municipality where the Conquest began in 1492). Then we move to the most volcanic area of the Island, crossing the Mirador de San Nicolás, Las Indias and San Antonio Volcano, we pass through the Villa de Mazo, Montaña de la Breña and return to the starting point.

I can recommend this taxi service. The contact over email was very good, the prices attractive and it was also nice to be a passenger of José Antonio.

Stargazing under the night sky La Palma. Best climatic conditions due to its location in the Atlantic Ocean. Low humidity or dry air offer ideal conditions for a transparent night sky. Different climatic zones offer alternatives in case of possible climatic fluctuations, e.g. Clouds or cloudy air. Access and use of 2 professional telescopes: 1 Maksutov Skywalker reflector telescope, 8 "primary mirror. 1 600mm Skywalker lens telescope. Both telescopes mounted on an equatorial mount. Theming the solar system and its closest neighbors. Distances and distances of the objects. Description of the constellations and constellations with laser pointer. Due to the geographical location of La Palma, there is often the opportunity to see large parts of our galaxy, the Milky Way. We really enjoyed this trip. It was fun and extremely informative and we learnt a lot about the island. All the other buggies where driven by Spainish but we had a lovely Dutch translator called Rhianna who explained lots of things to us at each stop. Highly recommended

In addition to a mild climate throughout the year, ideal for hiking, La Palma offers an impressive nature with diverse landscapes. While the other Canary Islands are partly characterized by mass tourism, La Palma still retains its originality of yesteryear. It is not only about its beautiful landscapes but also villages and towns keep its rural spirit intact and its people enjoy leisurely weather, transmitting the spell of their good living to the visitor. Our hiking programs are designed to fully enjoy all this. La Palma has an excellent network of trails that run through impressive landscape scenarios. Our proposal of hiking over several days will take you walking through the island of a hotel to the next, discovering the beauties of the island individually, without having to adjust to the rhythm of a preset group.

We did 4 hiking tours with this company. The pick ups from the hotel were very punctual. We were organised into groups by preferred language. We had three different guides and they were all knowledgeable about the island, geology, flora and fauna and astronomy. All were competent in at least two languages. The hikes were well paced and the descriptions of difficulty were we believed accurate. The guides were able to pace the walks to accommodate everyone, fast and slow. It was fantastic not to have to worry about transport to and from the walks as many are linear and from previous holidays we have sometimes found it hard to find taxis in out of the way places. Most walks ended with a drink in a bar and the opportunity to meet hikers from several countries. I will return to La Palma and will definitely contact this company. Only one suggestion. Please set up a branch in El Hierro.
