Recently visited looe, with my family and five year old, she absolutely adored this shop. Very quirky and different, sensibly priced, and the owners are lovely, helpful, inquisitive, and knowledgable about the local area. Would 100% recommend this shop!

Nice little shop with a good range of different items for reasonable prices. Dogs welcome inside but not much room.

We stumbled upon this lovely little place whilst exploring Looe on holiday - the owner of the shop was very welcoming and clearly explained the process of creating our goodies. I spent about an hour and a half painting a coffee mug (my partner didn't fancy his talents with a brush) which was very enjoyable and surprisingly therapeutic. Once I was finished the shop owner took my details to have the mug posted home as we would be leaving before it was ready to collect after glazing and firing. The cost of postage (and the whole process really) was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend spending some time here, and will come back to paint again if I'm ever in the area!

We sell liquorice (70+ varieties), sugar free (20+ varieties) and traditional sweets. We can also provide bespoke gift boxes of sweets and liquorice.
Had been wanting some licorice and boy, did find the best place! Only had one day in Looe and it was a rainy, chilly, blustery one..but, stumbling into this shop quite by accident as it is off the beaten path, turned the day into a delightful one. The owner of the shop couldn't have been sweeter, kinder or more accommodating, as I didn't know what I wanted exactly but he was patient with me and I came away with a treasure trove of sweets...barley sugars along with my pirates ransom of licorice..Thank the day.. because I ate that candy for the rest of my three week holiday in England..Hope to buy online as there is no good licorice like that in California.

Original humorous cartoons personalised while you wait as Framed Prints, Mugs, T shirts, Mouse Mats, Greeting Cards and much more.
Due to having family living near Looe we visit a number of times every year, but no visit is complete without at least a browse around Clive's eclectic shop! His humour and talent is superb, as well as the location of the shop in a beautiful part of Looe. We currently have a number of his pieces all over our house as well as buying personalised creations as wonderful presents. Only problem which I did think about reducing stars for is that the shop itself is not manned by the man and his beautiful beau during the winter months .......due to him b*ggering off to Thailand every year and posting photo's all over his social media of "staff training" on a beach whilst we are dealing with Storm Denis.......swine!!! :-)
