Adrift Distillers

Washington craft spirits made in the heart of the Long Beach Peninsula. Nestled between rolling farms and the Pacific ocean, is the Adrift Distillery. On this small outcrop of the Washington Coast, we handcraft artisanal, distinctive spirits which tell the story of our home from grain to glass.

I went by early and the door was open. I wanted to by a bottle of Vodka to take home. Did not do any tasting, they were very helpful and informative on their products. Did make a Cosmo at home and their Vodka is very good, with a clean crisp taste. The Cranberry Liqueur looked very good will try next time

World Kite Museum & Hall of Fame

Long Beach's winds make it a mecca for kite enthusiasts.

I am a life long kite lover. I specifically came to Long Beach to fly kites and to see this museum. I was thrilled to see the variety of kites, and to see the Military room with the kite applications. Loved watching the video of the fighting kites. The gift shop is small but actually had 3 of the kites I brought with me to fly. The web site doesn't mention the gift shop and I would have been inclined to buy my kites from them. The prices are similar to on line prices for kites. The staff are lovely, friendly ladies, who offered us the senior discount. $8 for two old people is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon learning more about kites!

It was a great place to learn about the local industry of growing and harvesting cranberries. The cranberry festival was going on a few miles down the road and we got to watch the actual harvest happening.

Neptune Theatre

Reviewed By moducks503 - Wilsonville, United States

We were looking to see a movie, now that the theaters just opened. We came upon Neptune in our travels and loved it. Newly painted, inside and out, it was charming with all the Disney scenes. The staff was very welcoming and the popcorn freshly made.
