The crown jewels, Buckingham Palace, Camden Market…in London, history collides with art, fashion, food, and good British ale. A perfect day is different for everyone: culture aficionados shouldn't miss the Tate Modern and the Royal Opera House. If you love fashion, Oxford Street has shopping galore. For foodies, cream tea at Harrod’s or crispy fish from a proper chippy offers classic London flavor. Music and book buffs will love seeing Abbey Road and the Sherlock Holmes Museum (at 221B Baker Street, of course).

We offer a unique approach to fitness that is fun, friendly, and fabulous. Likewise, with specialties like personal training at home and personal training in the park, there is no time wasted slogging to and from a gym, never mind lugging an unwieldy kit bag. So when you are on holiday why not get a few sessions in and go back looking trim and defined, we can also offer gym training at no extra cost in Central London

Dulwich Picture Gallery is the world’s first purpose-built public art gallery: it was founded in 1811 when Sir Francis Bourgeois RA bequeathed his collection of old masters “for the inspection of the public”. Located in 3 acres of private gardens, today the Gallery is a vibrant cultural hub hosting some of the UK’s leading exhibitions alongside its Permanent Collection of Baroque masterpieces while staging a wide-ranging programme of public events, practical art and community engagement.
Dulwich Picture Gallery is a tale of two halves: the permanent collection of European masterpieces particularly from the 17th and 18th centuries - think the likes of Van Dyck, Rembrandt, Gainsborough and Watteau; then a cluster of small rooms to the rear housing a temporary exhibition space. The most recent exhibition entitled English Surrealism is almost a contradiction in terms as surrealism was a mainly continental movement and its adherents in this country only appear to have contributed to it fitfully; and, after World War II only by two women Eileen Agar and Leonore Carrington unless one also includes Desmond Morris still more known as a zoologist than an artist. The architecture of the gallery, the first purpose built art gallery anywhere in the world to a design by Sir John Soane is of considerable interest in itself. There is a bookshop and cafe.

The Regents Canal runs from Little Venice through North London to Old Ford where it joins the River Lea. It passes just North of Kings Cross station and this area is being redeveloped to become a very nice area to visit. The canal has a towpath that you can walk, run and cycle along but watch out for other users. As it passes alongside Kings Cross there is a nice staggered seating area where you can meet with socially distanced friends for lunch or a meal. If you leave Kings Cross station head north alongside St Pancras and up the hill towards Coal Drops Yard and Granary Square. Cross the road and you can see the canal. Highly recommended for somewhere to relax.

Visit Lee Valley VeloPark on Queen Elizabeth Park. The 6 Day event is held over 6 evenings. There is no bad seat in the house. Remember is will be hot in there, so dress accordingly. There are a few eateries and you can take food back to your seat so you don't miss any action. The best thing about track racing is that is soon as one event is finishing, the next race is being set up. The velodrome is about a 15 walk from Stratford Station, there were marshalls to guide us along the way once we left Westfield.
