This time we have chosen to discover Palermo in a walking tour. That was our first time in Palermo and our guide, knowing this detail, made a point in explaining and making us discover the main landmarks of this beautiful Sicilian city. After that he suggested a wonderful local restaurant where we had lunch and it was indeed very good food reasonably priced and the restaurant was full of local people, which is, when you don't know a city, the best token for good quality. After lunch our guide walked us back to our cruise. Thank you very much Tour Travel for this great experience

Spritz is the Venetian most iconic cocktails. Meeting friends for a spritz is one of the most popular Venetian habits. “Having a spritz together” as Venetians used to say, is the perfect pause between work and dinner—to catch up without having to commit to a full evening together. Enjoy this Venetian wonderful habit in this fabulous “bacaro”, the so-called Venetian pub. You can ask for a Spritz with Aperol (the sweetest), Spritz with Select (bitter), with Campari (bitterer) or with Cynar (strong taste, only for old Venetians).

Inclusions: 01 Spritz and 2 "cicchetti" (Venetian snacks) per person, Snacks, Alcoholic Beverages

Exclusions: Hotel pickup and drop-off, Guide/assistant

The tour was good however, there was a lot of focus on the art in the palace rather than the history. I would have preferred to hear more about the history of the palace, government and Venice in general over its long history

We toured il Duomo, la Galleria, il Castello Sforza and l‘Ultima Cena on the last day before closing because of the corona virus. We were lucky. Our guide, Fedra was fantastic: provided detailed background information to each and every point: always factual, and humorous, when appropriate. She was also helpful with general information, on other points of interest (Bosco Verticale!), with dining recommendations, with suggestions for our remaining time in Milano. She was certainly also responsible for the bright sunshine, and for the fantastic Italian blue sky. Our time was limited, so we decided to come back to see the rest! Thank you Raphael Tours! The view from the garden was amazing. Jacopo was very informative about the wine making process, how to pair them with food, and how to tell the quality of the wines made in Italy. Each wine that he brought out had its own distinct flavor based on the process of how it was made and it made the experience more enjoyable. If you haven't had a chance to try some Italian wine but are interested, this is a great place to start!

Had a very good tour thanks to our wonderful guide Daniele. We were the only two people on the tour but it went ahead as planned and we had a very nice insightful tour round the centre of Milan. We did this at the start of a long weekend trip which gave us some good points of reference and some good ideas of where else to try for the rest of the trip. It included some history, famous landmarks, restaurant recommendations and some fun obscure facts. Definitely worth a visit if you are exploring Milan. Segways are very easy to get to grips with, anyone can do it and it adds another fun element to explore with, particularly when it's super hot!

We had the pleasure of meeting Paolo who walked us through the history of the castle and the wine-making process. We got to taste wine at the different stages. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the factors that affect each element of the wine and explained things in a very clear manner. The tasting was outstanding, showcasing the differences between the grapes grown just a few meters away from each other. We loved the experience and would highly recommend it as a couple’s activity or with friends.

Walking tours are usually not very child friendly. But this was fantastic. Firstly it was stroller accessible which was great as we had a 5 year old who tire easily over the course of the 3hrs+ tour. Secondly our tour guide Francesca was just lovely. She is patient and interacts well with children which is a nice change from tours which tended to be more adult centric. Francesca was very knowledgeable and you can see her passion as she explains. Finally we loved sforza castle and the duomo. So much history and just so beautiful. This was a really wonderful tour.
