Our brewpub is open on Saturdays and Sundays (except annual closure in January), from 11AM to 18PM. Brewery tours are available on appointments. Possibility of small meals (local products, homemade soup, cakes, etc.) and beer tasting. Beautiful hikes begin and end at the Brewery.

Brasserie C is a brewery in the heart of Liege located at the bottom of the Mount Bueren stairs. You can discover our brewing area, enjoy our different beers or eat in our restaurant. You can even leave with your favorite product thanks to our brewshop. It is an unique and unmissable spot when you come visit Liege. You’ll be charmed by the idyllic surroundings and by our wonderful and peaceful terrace. > Brewing area tour - Restaurant - Brewpub - Brewshop <
Had planned to visit three brewpubs in Liege, but never managed to drag myself away! Lucky to find a little table in the busy court yard/beer garden, set in a lovely historical building. Tasted 4 excellent beers of the 6 on offer, service was friendly and efficient with good knowledge of the beers and good English spoken by the staff! Got chatting to some other friendly folk, also there for the beer and eventually ordered some food and enjoyed the rest of the evening! Can't recommend this place enough!

The staff are very friendly, and tour short is of a very reputable distillery. But the tasting is nice enough. Definitely worth a visit I would recommend Owl to introduce a few more small souvenirs to improve sales, and I'd wait until you get to Brussels airport to buy the whisky as it's cheaper there (this is really disappointing, something that needs to be fixed).
Siroperie Charlier is one of the last operations carrying out traditional cooking over a wood fire. The work is certainly much more trying, but this method of cooking guarantees an authentic taste totally different from other products. Syrup Charlier is a product made only from pears and local apples without any other additives: no sugar, no gelatin, no pectin or any other fruit than apple and pear.
