The Campus Theatre is a 501c3 non-profit historic movie theatre located in Lewisburg, PA. Built in 1941, and one of the few remaining single screen art deco movie houses in the country, the Campus Theatre remains dedicated to the promotion of the art of cinema and historic preservation of this architectural treasure.
This is a great local theater with a lot of character. The interior is art deco, so very there early to look at it all. Certain nights they have BYOB, look at the calendar for that. You have to check in the beer or wine, pay a few bucks for unbottling. The movies start promptly at the listed time with no previews, so don't be late! It's surround sound, the chairs are comfy and honestly the temperature on a winter night was perfect. Movies here are second run, but it's worth it to wait a few weeks to see them in this atmosphere.

Bucknell’s campus landscape and buildings are very picturesque and Bucknell reminds you of a scene from any movie that has the “proverbial” liberal arts college campus as its backdrop.

The Lewisburg Farmer's Market is a great taste of local culture and an economical way to get fresh eggs, fruits and veggies, and baked goods. Can be crowded in the mornings on Wednesdays, but sometimes popular items sell out by the afternoon.
