Extraordinary place for snow loving people. Travel to Col Du Pillon (Cable car base) from Aigle is like starter for this place. As cable cars starts to climb to top, adventure feeling thrives at best. The place is so amazing and make you forget rest of the things. Definitely would like to visit again.
Tips: Better to have a look at weather forecast for a day you plan to visit. The bright sunny day will give utmost joy. Even if it's minor snow fall which will still work for you. But if weather is not good you won't be able to experience what you see in pics.

I booked a musher excursion as a birthday gift for my wife through the tourist office. On the morning of the excursion, I called the office to confirm, since the snow situation was critical. They told us that everything will be held as planned. After a two hour car drive, the guide told us that the excursion was cancelled. No apology, just fingerpointing. Same at the tourist office. What a shame. I fully understand that an excursion can be cancelled due to weather conditions. But that's exactly why I called ahead. The least I expected was an apology and to be treated nice. Unfortunately, it seems too much to ask in Les Diablérets.

No green slopes but the blues are wide and easy. And the staff are smiling and helpful, including the ski instructor who helped my daughter after a fall even though she wasn't part of his group! Stunning scenery all round, too.

Looked beautiful from outside. Unluckily whenever we were in this area it was either very early morning or late in the night, so could only see from outside

Visited last summer with friends (5 kids between us) to try this place out as we had free access cards. On arrival we got in a debate about who needed to pay, as the kids who are under 9 should be free with free access but the tourist office told us they didn't issue cards to the kids (they don't need them) but the Parc des Diables said they needed a card....as the location is a 30 min walk back to the tourist office with small children that was not an option so we paid. One of the children got scared before she'd even attached onto the wire so came out, but no refund was possible. Our bigger kids (aged 7 and 8) enjoyed it, however there is only one course until they reach about 10 years old, so if you are paying for them they're going to get bored quite quickly. A disappointment as the location is lovely. Maybe we caught the staff on an off day as they were not helpful at all and we felt like an inconvenience to them. In summary there's better things to do in Les Diablerets with smaller kids, (pool, mini-golf, tennis, telecabine to Isenau and walk to lac Retaud) and we'll be going to Parc Aventure in Aigle next time!
