Langkawi is a serene archipelago of 140 islands – only a few of which are inhabited. The largest of these is the eponymous Langkawi Island, which has UNESCO World Geopark status because of its richly populated (by wildlife, that is) conservation areas. The best way to experience these ecological wonders is from high above, on the Langkawi Sky Bridge that stretches above the rainforest. Cheekily-named Pregnant Maiden freshwater lake is a great place to take a dip or play keep-away with the kleptomaniac monkeys.

An easy walk designed by our team to observe the wildlife and most importantly to get close to the flora of Lubuk Semilang. The place which has over 100 medicinal plants along the trail will widen your knowledge on how the natives in Langkawi thrive in this island once upon a time ago. Monkeys, hornbills and insects are among a few that you might encounter along the walk with the guide telling
Picked up from our hotel by taxi, we arrived in the Sanctuary's small but modern HQ in the jungle to be met by our guide. Two hours later, our minds were buzzing from the myriad of exquisite butterflies we had seen thanks to his expert help and deep knowledge, as we walked through deep, cicada-buzzing forest, protected by the Sanctuary. Monkeys and rare birdlife added extra spotting thrills. We really felt we were privileged to see such wonders in the wild. Highly recommended.

World Of Our Furry Friends (WOOFF) is a non-profit organization based in Langkawi, Malaysia. WOOFF provides a safe space for injured or traumatized dogs & cats rescued from the streets to rehabilitate with therapy and care. Pets who fully recover are placed up for adoption into loving homes. Those needing ongoing attention remain permanent residents of WOOFF, thanks to generous sponsors who cover their expenses. WOOFF always welcomes volunteers to visit and help care for our dogs. If you're visiting Langkawi, stop by and participate in a showering day where we wash over 100 dogs. We also need volunteers to help rescue injured animals, administer medication and assist in therapy treatments, and transport animals to the vet or to their new homes. Hardcore animal lovers can stay longer and learn the ins and outs of animal care from our founder, Jeff, a qualified animal behaviorist. These volunteers help with daily cleaning, feeding, animal therapy, site maintenance, and more.

Amazing views and very good value for money. 55RM per adult for the skycab, 3D art museum (brilliant fun) and sky dome. Only 5RM more to be paid at the top for the skybridge but so worthwhile. Plenty of places to eat and drink at the bottom, great few hours spent here

Enjoy new exposure to some amazing, fun, and close interactions with our animals as well as a special service from our internal guide accompanied you along your journey inside park. Feels the animals' sense inside you by touching them, feeding them, and have up-close interaction with some unique species with fully covered walkway.
Great for kids. Got the family package tickets that came with 2 bags of animal feed. Lots of animal interactions where you get to touch and feed animals. From raccoons to golden python, rabbits to lovebirds, deer to ostriches, crocodile feeding show to sea eagle feeding show. Each enclosure will state if you are allowed to feed the animal and what you can feed.

Great experience in the ”bird cave“. The worker are very friendly and explains very detailed all the procedures for getting and cleaning the bird nest. They also have lot of variety of bird nest and grade to buy. Price are cheaper than outside. After visit, must go to eat at the gm seafood restaurant beside the cave. Shellout platter are highly recommended. Rm98 are very enough for 4 person. Price are reasonable and delicious. We even takeout for supper. Garlic fried rice also very nice and they have lemon grass soda also very nice. Give it a try. Highly recommended
