Worst service and agency EVER !! I booked a one day trip to Essaouira with this agency 14 days ago, they confirmed with me the availability, I gave them all the information needed and confirmed the pick up location. I contacted them 2 days and 1 day before the trip to re-confim and they confirmed I also asked about another contact number I can call in case they don’t show up and never got the number, I was totally right because they never showed up !!! How unprofessional and disrespectful is this ?? no one showing up, no one answering my calls nor my messages ?? Worst thing is that they were online, read the messages I sent right in the moment in WhatsApp and didn’t have enough respect to say anything. I just don’t understand why would you confirm and re-confirm an activity and just never show up nor give an explanation?? Really shame on you !! I was planning for this trip for so long and being treated this way was definitely the worst service ever. So if you want to save your time and holidays plans never book anything with the agency!!

We really enjoyed the tour of Moroccan “Hollywood”! The guide was knowledgeable and interesting. Seeing some of the spots for Game of Thrones and Indiana Jones was really neat! Walking through the city there were interesting drawings and art pieces for sale. We rode a camel which was neat to say! It was really interesting to ask the guide cultural differences and understand them better!

It's a business and commercial....too many people....did not work for me. Family of 5 and the wrong price. The Camel ride was fun and our guide made the trip memorable. This is not the experience we have on a daily basis. I am not sure how well these animals are treated - which made me feel uncomfortable. The Quad bikes were good - but be aware there are no sand dunes- please see Sahara desert for more authentic scenery. There were no bonfires as in the photos - there could have been, but no one lit them. There was no sun set view as we were told there would be. My wifes Henna experience was disappointing. The evening dinner was drawn out over 3.5 hours - impersonal - no host or hostess during the evening dinner - tourist trap - there was music and dancing, but was short of atmosphere. No dessert either. One more thing - on top of the high price - you pay extra for the drinks...too much. We experienced wonderful hosting elsewhere in Marrakech and had a great vacation - Marrakech and the people are lovely - but am uncomfortable recommending this part.

A great experience to travel through the High Mountains Tikcha, see these emblematic sites of Morocco. Our guide was wonderful. Very friendly, spacious and confident that our experience there was well planned so that we can make the most of our day. Loved all the imperial cities, but it is essential to see the barbarian life and the amazing landscapes.

My friend and I visited Morocco in May for the first time. After a day trip to the Ouzoud falls, we decided to continue our tour with our guide and driver Hasan. We started in Marrakech and made stops on our way to Chefchaouen, the blue city. We stopped in Sale, El Jadida, Safi, Casablanca, Fes, Rabat, Essaouira and a few other places I can't remember. Some were just day visits, others were overnight or multi-day says. Hasan was a great guide and knew the history of all of these places and more. He made sure we felt safe and comfortable. The traffic in Morocco, especially in Marrakech can be bananas! Unfortunately, my friend had to leave halfway through our trip for an emergency. I plan was changed and we didn't make it to Chefchaouen. Hasan, my guide and driver made sure I was comfortable for the rest of my stay. I had a really great time and can't wait to go back!

The first word that comes to mind after working with Mouhssine to coordinate a week-long trip to Morocco is trustworthy. My husband and I were traveling to Morocco for the first time and hoped to pack a lot into a short time. I reached out to Mouhssine who helped coordinate two separate guided walking tours, a driver for 3 days and an overnight to a desert camp in Merzouga. Through the process of planning, Mouhssine was always prompt in his responses, flexible to my requests, patient with all of my questions, and truly a man of his word. Most importantly, he managed to coordinate a flawless trip of a lifetime for my husband and me. I could not recommend Mouhssine and BHS Travel more enthusiastically. We absolutely loved our cooking class with Khadija and Hussein. The instructions to the meeting point were clear and the hosts were very welcoming. They are such kind people with a passion for helping others. The tajine we made was one of the best meals we have ever had. If someone goes to Morocco, I would recommend them to go to Essaouira, and if they go to Essaouira, I would recommend them to take this class.
