Worst service and agency EVER !! I booked a one day trip to Essaouira with this agency 14 days ago, they confirmed with me the availability, I gave them all the information needed and confirmed the pick up location. I contacted them 2 days and 1 day before the trip to re-confim and they confirmed I also asked about another contact number I can call in case they don’t show up and never got the number, I was totally right because they never showed up !!! How unprofessional and disrespectful is this ?? no one showing up, no one answering my calls nor my messages ?? Worst thing is that they were online, read the messages I sent right in the moment in WhatsApp and didn’t have enough respect to say anything. I just don’t understand why would you confirm and re-confirm an activity and just never show up nor give an explanation?? Really shame on you !! I was planning for this trip for so long and being treated this way was definitely the worst service ever. So if you want to save your time and holidays plans never book anything with the agency!!

This is one of the best things I've ever done on holiday, and cannot praise Mohamed enough. The day was carefully structured and along with the waterfalls the walking in the mountains, and the drive there, was spectacular. We went on a Saturday which meant we could also visit the Berber weekly market. To be able to walk off the mountains and into Mohamed's family home for tagine was a privilege and something I will never forget. A thousand thank yous and we will return, inshallah.

It was a wonderful day, Imlil is a beautiful village at the foot of the atlas with a magnificent waterfall and an extraordinary landscape! The welcome from the locals was warm and the meal was delicious, thank you very much! We then left to visit the Agafay desert, and what a landscape! We had a glass of tea and watched the sunset. We were able to take great pictures. I also wanted to thank our guides Mohammed and Karim, real professionals who took good care of us, very nice! In short, a must do if you're on holiday in Marrakech!

First of all, we come to pick up you in your Riad or Hotel and take you 35 Km out of Marrakech where everything starts, we make a briefing we answer all your questions and give you everything you need such as the helmet and gloves, and then before starting our professional guides, adapt to your level, teaches you to drive the Quad bike, and choose the appropriate track in function. Then you start the ride, you go for a special place for initiation to practice quad biking, and just after that you go for the adventure, you will visit Berber villages, empty oueds, forest , the lake of Lalla Takerkouste, have the chance to talk to natives in the area, you will go to taste a local mint tea in a restaurant by the edge of the lake facing the wonderful Atlas mountains (included), go for an adventure in the rock Desert of Agafay and see all the amazing scenery and also go through the Rivers of N'fis ... so as a lot of other surprises, and at the end when you go back to the departure base

We were staying a riad outside of Marrakech and decided the night before we wanted to ride quads. Despite my last minute purchase, the owner messaged me that evening and set up a pick up in the city for the next day. He came and picked us up personally, on the way to where the quads were he got us water, and then also picked us up at drove us back when we finished. It was just my husband, me, and our guide Simo. Simo is awesome! He speaks a little English, mostly French and Darija. He showed us what to do before we went and was super careful and attentive as we drove around to give us a diverse experience while also being aware of our comfort levels. He slowed down for more intense hills, took us to different and interesting terrain like right along a lake, through an olive orchard, on dried riverbeds, and also on pre-made paths so we could go fast. We had never ridden quads before and it was an amazing first experience. Part of the way into the trip we rode (slowly) through a herd of goats which was really cool. We also stopped at an overlook and had moroccan tea which was really refreshing and Simo talked with us about music, the terrain, and other random things. We were provided goggles and full face helmets and at the end of our ride we got power sprayed with air to remove some of the dirt. This experience was really fun and I would recommend it to friends in the future.

My friend and I visited Morocco in May for the first time. After a day trip to the Ouzoud falls, we decided to continue our tour with our guide and driver Hasan. We started in Marrakech and made stops on our way to Chefchaouen, the blue city. We stopped in Sale, El Jadida, Safi, Casablanca, Fes, Rabat, Essaouira and a few other places I can't remember. Some were just day visits, others were overnight or multi-day says. Hasan was a great guide and knew the history of all of these places and more. He made sure we felt safe and comfortable. The traffic in Morocco, especially in Marrakech can be bananas! Unfortunately, my friend had to leave halfway through our trip for an emergency. I plan was changed and we didn't make it to Chefchaouen. Hasan, my guide and driver made sure I was comfortable for the rest of my stay. I had a really great time and can't wait to go back!

The first word that comes to mind after working with Mouhssine to coordinate a week-long trip to Morocco is trustworthy. My husband and I were traveling to Morocco for the first time and hoped to pack a lot into a short time. I reached out to Mouhssine who helped coordinate two separate guided walking tours, a driver for 3 days and an overnight to a desert camp in Merzouga. Through the process of planning, Mouhssine was always prompt in his responses, flexible to my requests, patient with all of my questions, and truly a man of his word. Most importantly, he managed to coordinate a flawless trip of a lifetime for my husband and me. I could not recommend Mouhssine and BHS Travel more enthusiastically. You will not be disappointed if you choose him as well.
