Located west of Denver, The Golden Puzzle Room, is a small group, real-life escape room adventure game. You and your friends, family or co-workers have 60 minutes to search the room for clues and solve puzzles in order to reach the ultimate goal. Keen perception and good communication skills are the keys to success and loads of fun!

My first time to the Lakewood Cultural Center for a performance by the Colorado Wind Ensemble and Boston Brass. Good parking, easy access, very friendly staff and a cute theater with no bad seats! I recommend going to performances there.

Bear Creek Lake Park is an amazing place to get away and offers miles of trails, scenic views, a Swim Beach, Paddle Boarding, picnic tables and more. I'm writing this review specifically about the Stables. My 10 year old niece loves horseback riding and I had promised to take her riding when possible, despite my anxiety about horses, bases on a bad experience many years ago. With the season ending, I finally gave in and booked a 1 hour ride for us this week. My anxiety started to climb the minute I called for a reservation. Autumn took my call and after explaining my story, she was very reassuring about their horses and promised they would take good care of us. Due to COVID-19, advanced reservations were required. Upon arrival, both Autumn and David, our Trail Boss, took great care of us. Autumn was very helpful in keeping me calm as I got on Walter's back, my first time on a horse in over 40 years. She assured me of the training their horses go through and said Walter was like a "sofa on 4 legs". She was absolutely right. David led us down the trail and was very helpful and fun to talk to. He knew good information on the Park and was helpful to a couple riding with us who was visiting from out of state. David gave us helpful tips for riding and let us know when a new challenge was coming up. My niece and I had a great ride and enjoyed the hour thoroughly. A 1-hour trail ride is $40 per person. Park entry is an additional $10/$5 for Seniors. For the excitement my niece experienced and the opportunity for me to overcome the years of anxiety, it was worth every penny. We plan to return to Bear Creek Stables often when they open back up in the Spring.

Our Denver West Christy Sport is the perfect location off the I70 corridor as you are heading to and from the best Colorado ski resorts. Our expert staff will rent you skis, fix your problem boots and sell you ski and snowboard gear that will ensure your best day on the slopes! For the best in summertime leisure, don't miss our amazing outdoor patio furniture showroom.
We moved to Denver from Calgary ten years ago, and have been using Christy's Denver West ever since, for seasonal rentals (growing children!), daily rentals (when friends visit), and repairs, as well as purchasing gear. We've always, without fail, had great experiences -- which as anyone who reads this knows, is extremely rare in retail. I recommend this team without hesitation.

This was a nice easy area to hike. There were a lot of open roads so there was room to accommodate hikers and bikers both. It was only about 20 minutes from downtown and was easy to get to. The trails were easy to navigate with google maps, so there was no chance to get lost. Lots of different trails and the trails extend down the other side of the mountain and connect with other mountains if you wanted to make this into a long hike. The views at the top were great and you could see many other mountains as well as downtown Denver. Definitely worth going!

The garden here which is all low water plants is really special. In May, I fell in love with the bountiful flowers, I never new Xeric gardening could be so lovely. In hot sun, there is a whole new range of plants. Fun to walk around the lake and the garden. Great for the fit and those with walkers as well.

Beautiful lake and Park with views of the wildlife preserve and the mountains. There are always animals to see as you walk the lake trail: turtles, frogs, snakes, coyotes, birds galore.

Colorado Mills is actually a great place for shopping. It is easy to get to from Denver - just a 30 minute busride West. Has a ton of stores including some mainstream ones, Target etc. One can find stores such as Dream Dress, Earthbound Trading Co, FT Casuals, Le Cruset Cookingware, The Mall itself is situated in the shade of the Rockies and the view of the mountains from the carpark is fabulous! There are also a number of cool resutaurants around e.g. Twin Peaks, Olive Garden, The Keg etc. Across the highway are a number of other great home improvement stores and a movie theatre. There is also an Office Max. I only really discovered this mall on my last visit. Will definitely return here next time I am in the area!
