Lake Lure is a town in Rutherford County, North Carolina, United States. In 2010 the town population was 1,192. Lake Lure was incorporated in 1927, and acquired the lake after which it is named in 1965.

This a very nice and well maintained park with easy parking. You walk around, take great pictures and there is place for picnic as well.

We had a great time exploring Lake Lure. Rented a pontoon boat twice while visiting. Kids loved jumping off boat directly into water. Great time for everyone
