On December 5, 2019 at 10:00 am, we took our 21 adult students with various disabilities to Smith Haven mall in Lake Grove. Upon arrival we went to center court to have the students picture taken with Santa. The staff and Santa could not have been more accommodating. They were patient and treated our students and staff with respect and dignity. The lady who took the picture was amazing, the young man who ran up our purchase was extremely pleasant and Santa was outstanding. I wish I had taken their names, so I could make sure they get the appreciation they deserve. After the picture, we went shopping and every store was accommodating and pleasant. The food court was quick with our purchases and the tables were clean. Our overall experience was awesome! I hope you convey this message to the people who work at Santa village and the personal that keeps the food court so clean. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Good just maybe make place bigger but for the rest it’s great all prizes are great and I love the glow it’s my favorite cause your clothes can shine and shoes too.

Great time, lots to do, friendly staff. Weekends and schools days off are very busy, so be prepared for lines. My son has the membership so I take him the down times and it’s a great place for him to let off some steam after school. Now they’re open Monday’s which is great.
