We thoroughly enjoyed the Ku’la Estate chocolate farm and factory tour near Lahaina! We took a taxi there from Wailea, enjoyed the 2 hour tour, then took an Uber to Whaler’s Village for lunch and shopping which made a fun day. Took another Uber back to Wailea. The cacao tree farm was fascinating, and we did a chocolate tasting in a treehouse! Christina was an awesome guide! We bought chocolates and had them sent home. Make a reservation and go, if it interests you!

Took my wife for a surf lesson at Keep it Simple Hawaii Surf School. We live on Island but don't have any surf background. My wife LOVED the surf lesson. Matias was an awesome instructor and she felt confident and competent at the end of the lesson. She wants to go back for another lesson and is super excited to learn more. Can't recommend Matias and his instructors more. Definitely worth it!

The trip was great despite the windy weather. The ladies gave us a great ride to and back from Lanai. Saw some great fish snorkeling and a few turtles.

Last month we went on a private charter with Ultimate. This is not the first time that we have used them and certainly won't be the last. We had booked a Whale Watching tour, but decided to switch to a private charter as we were there to spread some ashes and wanted to have the time to ourselves. Toni quickly changed our reservation and accommodated our request. We met Peter at the harbor and we took off. Peter was awesome! He took us way out in the ocean to a beautiful spot to spread the ashes. He did a video for us and sent us a screen shot of the exact spot that we placed the ashes. He also shared traditions with us about sea burials and performed those for us. We would never have known those details and really appreciated being able to perform this ritual in the correct way. After that we took off and went whale watching. We saw a ton of whales and their babies. Peter was so informative. We learned so much about them. We couldn't have asked for a better trip. This trip just exceeded the last trip that we took with them. We would highly recommend Ultimate for anything that they offer.
