Felix was very professional and made it a smooth trip in and out of the airport. He was always on time, carried our luggage, and also had a great sense of enthusiasm and awesome character! We have a wonderful arrangement with Prestige. We travel (pandemic year excluded) back and forth from the USA (VT) to our villa at Casa de Campo six or seven times a year mostly when it’s cold in VT. We go back to hug our four legged family members. Prestige picks us up at whichever airport we come into, has a car waiting for us at the villa and then takes us back to our departure airport. We have had a villa for 23 years and have always rented cars. After making this arrangement with Prestige, we no longer have the ordeal of renting a car each time we come down to CdC and it makes our arrival and departure so much more pleasant. During this current trip every thing was fine until my wife who has the olfactory talents of a top sommelier or perfumer noticed an odor in the car. My best efforts for the first day to make the car acceptable for her were not successful. I dropped her at the practice range and returned to the villa where I made one more effort before calling Prestige. I raised the hood opened all for doors and the back. I sprayed the “clean linen” spray again and went inside. The car was visible from our road and I heard a knock on the door. It was Alexander from Prestige who happened to be driving by and saw the car. He knew we had rented from Prestige and he wanted to know if all was okay. I explained the situation and he agreed that there was an odor although it was faint to me and probably to him. He called the office and within about 30 minutes a brand new Changan CS 55 SUV arrived to replace the KIA Sportage with bad breath. There was no extra charge and the exchange took about 2 minutes. My wife is now happy and as they say a happy wife is a happy life. Thank you Prestige. All of you are terrific.
