Bodegas Ontanon, El Templo del Vino

If you are thinking of visiting one of the wineries located in La Rioja, you should not miss Bodegas Ontanon and its unique Temple of Wine. It is one of the most special wineries of the region and just 5 minutes by car from the centre of Logrono. We offer different experiences so that you can learn while enjoying our wines watched over by gods and heroes. Some of them are more intimate and exclusive, such as the INITIATIVE TRIP TO WINE AND THE ORIGIN OF ONTANON. In addition, the wines we pour are paired with tasty local tapas, everything with designation of origin! The most amusing way of wine tourism. Each of the experiences we propose is designed to be enjoyed individually, by couples or family groups.

The square itself is amazing. The restaurants are full from 3-4 pm for coffee and a bite, and a good glass of local wine enjoyed at any time. You ask for a good white or red, and every glass I had, I enjoyed. The museum was basic, but good to know the region and how it developed if you want to understand the terroire.
